Incredibly nice beer tenders/waitstaff. Did not order food on this visit, but it has always been excellent on other visits.

Food was good and flavorful, quick service, friendly staff. Atmosphere was ok nothing special but a nice lunch spot if you are in the area. I also had a mocktail that was really good and only about $7 bucks.

We’ve ordered delivery multiple times. They don’t send half the order and when we call, we’re given very little support. We were told the manager will call us back one or two orders ago, and the manager never called. Tonight my husband‘s entire dinner didn’t arrive. When we called, they offered to refund the meal but seemed very nonchalant and unbothered. When we expressed frustration with the fact that this has happened multiple times, they did not offer any solutions. We’re giving up – we don’t prefer to order dinner to only receive half of it.
This is incredibly unfortunate because their food is delicious.

We came to OCC Brewing the end of October on a warm evening. The doors were open, the service was friendly and professional. The food and beer were superb. We try beer where ever we travel and my husband brews. So we really enjoy the whole atmosphere at OCC 😍😉😁

A little disappointed with the food. Had the beer cheese soup and bison burger and the quality wasn’t worth the price and it wasn’t fresh. The beer was good but outside of that there weren’t any pros to this place. So if you’re just looking to get a few beers then this place is recommended

We’ve been to OCC several times. The visit prior to us going today, was shotty. As someone who works in the service industry, it’s disappointing when the service just isn’t there. With that being said, as an industry worker, I never want to complain. However, today’s visit had me FLOORED. The behavior of your employees was absolutely unacceptable. Vicky (sp) might need some extra training. Someone as rude as she is, doesn’t belong in the service industry. People in our party ended up not even ordering food because we all had a bad taste in our mouth. Definitely won’t be going to OCC anymore, and certainly will make sure my customers and friends hear my experience.

Service was slow and water is self serve. Burger patty was good. Bun was stale. Ordered asparagus for side and got 6 small pieces… serving size was off.

This is a tough review to post to say the least. I have been to OCC Brewing company 2 times in the last two weeks. The first time, lunch on a weekday afternoon, was amazing. I got the Banh Mi sandwich and the Dill and ranch fries. I was blown away, and very excited to have found a restaurant I would be proud to take other folks to.
I took my wife on Friday 10/11 and had the complete opposite experience to my first round. We arrived at 9:15 and made sure to ask if they were still serving food. We ordered a beer cheese soup and a Korean Philly Cheese BBQ sandwich. We were served lukewarm soup (coagulated cheese on top) and a very sad sandwich. The fries were still pretty good though! The sandwich had portions of stale bread, and the meat/cheese inside was a very small portion. No worries, it happens, my wife and I had previously been servers and mistakes are made.
The problem arose when we spent 20 minutes trying to flag down our server, and eventually had to ask another server or manager to grab her for us. A two minute touchpoint would have completely alleviated the problem.
Every business makes mistakes of course, and after going from 10/10 to 1/10 experience within a week I was a bit dumbfounded. They were nice enough to not charge us for the entrees but there was never an explanation presented or a conversation centered around the situation.
We really hope this place can figure it out or it was just a fluke. Amazing rooftop bar, really cool design and location. The owners definitely take pride in the establishment, but after that horribly awkward experience we are hesitant to give it a third shot.

Have eaten here a dozen times in the past year which is always 5/5 but today noticed a big difference in quality of food. Not sure if it was a kitchen shortage but very small serving of fries, beer cheese soup was watered down. Excited to try new menu items but not sure what the deal was today :(

Had a strange experience here where the staff seemed like they were purposefully ignoring us, so we left. 2 stars instead of 1 because they seemed short staffed, but even a quick, 'We'll be with you shortly,' would have gone a long way.
