Food was wrong but waitress fixed it with no hassle but it was very empty in the restaurant and you could hear everything. Which means when I am there with kids I don’t want to hear constant swearing from the back and other inappropriate things being said.

Super busy on a Friday
We used to come here all the time. The food was good.
Over time, it has diminished in quality.
They used to serve a lot of veggies to dip into the artichoke dip. Carrots, celery, etc. They only serve chips, and the portions are smaller.
I ordered a calzone today, and they forgot most of the ingredients.
The bathrooms are gross. And the dining room is filthy and really dusty (as pictured. Zoom in).
The waitress staff was friendly and helpful.
I can not recommend this place.
Edit: they made .e another but still didn't include the celery or pepperoni. Like, what the hell?
Best pizza I've had in my (almost) 64 years on earth!
This location hosted a group event for us with 50-70 people. We were able to reserve the upstairs and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff made sure we all had the beverages we needed and checked in frequently throughout the evening. When we got there, they were ready for us, the food was delivered timely and was all great. We look forward to doing events again here in the future!
I wonder what this building will be when this one goes out of business too

Horrible Service and the manager (Deb) is unprofessional and extremely rude.
Can’t express how bad this place is…DON’T go there!!!! Waitress completely ignored us, wouldn’t even talk to us so after 15 minutes we left. Called to talk to a manager (Deb) and she was disgustingly. Even goated us to call corporate which we did….will NEVER go there again and this is the reason why the place is always dead…
Had an awesome lunch today at Old Chicago!! Josh gave us amazing service. This place is the best!
This place is honestly such a cool Old Chicago. Very cool vibes. The people there are very kind and attentive. I'd love to go here for an event or with friends, as the atmosphere would really elevate the experience
