Hands down the best pizza! 🍕 The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and attentive. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures before diving in! 😂 Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and great service.

Visited for drinks & wings while I was in town for work from Phoenix. Did set of 9 hot wings and they were crispy; suuuper good. I asked for extra sauce out of caution from other reviews so they were super saucy. Bartender was rad, super attentive and nice to this outsider lol. Asked for my whiskey with one ice but you can’t expect a pure ice cube at a spot that doesn’t focus on that. Watched the FIFA cup, too. Overall, great vibes, nice bartender, fast service and crisp wings!!

I ordered a smashed burger it was beyond dry.. i got old fries but ordered tatertots for some reason ny buddy got fresh fries.. maybe ill try something else

Good food, kudos to the kitchen for always making the food really good. But the service needs work. Every single time I come here the people greeting seem like they hate their job. And hate being alive. The crowd this location attracts is hit or miss but it's not really a vibe to chill and sit down and eat. The atmosphere seems off. Can't put my finger on it. Maybe its the managements fault? Hmmm anyway I like the food.

They close at 11:00 at the location we dined at. We arrived at 10:30pm after a concert. We were greeted, served, and even asked about desert. The food was what you get at most Old Chicago's. For me, what set this one apart in Colorado Springs was the great attitude of the wait staff. No complaining or looks so close to closing. Thanks everyone

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ordered a deep dish pizza, but when I got home I realized they gave me a pan pizza instead. When I called the restaurant, they told me they don’t sell deep dish pizza even though I was told they did when I ordered, and it’s clearly listed on the menu.

This is actually my second bad experience here. The last time I visited, they were out of the shrimp I ordered. It seems like this place just can’t get it together.

What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to fix the mistake, no apology, and no concern for the time and money I wasted. This was some of the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant.

While two of our dishes were satisfactory, the overall service at this establishment needs serious management attention.
Initial Impression: We were seated at a dirty table that was only half-heartedly wiped down after we requested it.
Staff Professionalism: The restaurant was quiet, with at least four servers available. Despite this, our waitress handed a stack of silverware to my 15-year-old niece and told her to carry it out to our table, showing a complete lack of basic hospitality.
Lack of Care: When it started raining, staff offered zero assistance or guidance in helping us move indoors.
Food Issues: The appetizer was forgotten until we prompted the kitchen, multiple sides were incorrect, and half the food arrived cold.
The experience ended with our table being cluttered with un-cleared plates while unwanted drinks were brought out. With no apologies or attempts to correct the errors on the final bill, we have decided not to return.
