The service at this place has gone to crap. Servers are friendly to tables full of men that they flirt with for tips then come to your table with a what do you want attitude. I've also witnessed unsanitary things like the manager grabbing a receipt from the floor and placing it on the food line and immediately grabbing somebody's food plate to take it to them. Uncovered fruit bowls with flies landing on them. I've literally been served dried out hours old crepes from an uncovered stack that's been sitting there since morning. I used to come on a weekly basis sometimes twice a week. Quit coming for a bit but tried it out again and seems like yeah they are still going downhill.

Great little breakfast spot! It’s super busy but staff are friendly and wait times are pretty decent. We ate at the bar and loved the vibe. Food was great, our only complain was that they went a bit too heavy on the hollandaise and the scrambled eggs were dry.
We stopped at Omelet Etc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado and were so glad we did! The food came out fast and piping hot, exactly what we needed before hitting the road. The spinach omelet was fresh and flavorful, the chicken fried steak was hearty and satisfying, and the country potatoes were the perfect comfort food side. The huge glass of fresh orange juice was a perfect refreshment.
What stood out just as much as the food was the warm hospitality. The host greeted every guest with a smile and even opened the door for each person walking in, such a kind and welcoming touch. It made the whole experience feel personal and genuine. Highly recommend for a hearty, feel-good breakfast!
