I went here for a Halloween get-together years ago so I can only base it off that experience. It is a small, neighborhood bar and feels home-y. The costume contest was enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people dressed up and participating. It was nice to go to a small place with costumes and karaoke without being surrounded by obnoxious people getting super drunk. Food was OK as most bar food is. I wouldn't mind revisiting again but it looks like it is still closed.

I went to On The Boulevard during a lunch break since I work 3 mins around the corner. My friend and I ordered 2 sandwiches and the service was so slow I barely made it back to work in time. There were four people at the bar and a 4 top table when we arrived, so I can't say the wait was because of them being busy.I don't mind slow service if the waitress doesn't mind communicating any form of sentiment or explanation - we didn't get that.When we got our food, I found a lemon seed on my plate so I let the waitress know. The response was it was fish n chips day so that's probably how it got there.No apology for the dirty conditions. Gross. Just gross.I'll just hit Wade's next time.

Pretty decent. Food is good for what it is. Just look at the building. You pretty much get a perfect preview of what you're going to get inside. Not for everyone but pretty decent.

A bit over priced, and some further attention need for food, desert sent out ice cold instead of warmed up etc... wonderful friendly service staff, chair seats need new padding. For a small fun neighborhood bar n grill this is a hidden gem. Just needs a little polish.

Normally five stars, tonight not so good. Service excellent as usual Philly cheese steak sandwich like a bunch of bitter overcooked leather pieces. She's worse then the cheese whiz from a can. Was promised to be better next time. I believe that and will be back due to the excellent cocktail orders and service personnel. Usually wonderful place, just a little short tonight.
