Urban Egg a daytime eatery

Brought a party of 6 for family lunch today. Most of us were drinking water. Instead of just bringing several carafes, they brought ONE small one and we had to keep asking for more.
The food was good, but one server carrying the food (we had 3) got an attitude when we asked for missing items.
I paid for everyone, but I didn't appreciate that the waiter that brought the check announced the total. So tacky...

Hands down the best breakfast I had during my 3 day stay.

I gave this place a high rating initially, but the last visit was disappointing. We came for a lunch with a newborn baby on Friday afternoon and got seated under the giant fan in the middle of the room, with people constantly walking around us. I was worried that my baby could get a bug from someone, but there was no place to seat safely. Their booking system didn’t allow any bookings for that day, so we had to seat wherever they put us. However, sitting under the fan was really cold, and I’m not a tender flower.
Our waitress gave up on us even before we came, it seems. We didn’t get any water or silverware, she topped off our coffees only once, and the waiting for a check and a box was endless. The same with the food: it took forever to get cooked despite the fact that the place was 2/3 empty, and the quality was subpar. Our lunch took so long that we had to cancel other plans and go home because the baby got tired of the long stretch in the car seat.
I don’t know why this place is rated higher than other locations, and I definitely have no intention to go there again.

The food is always delicious, the servers are always friendly. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but our favorites are the chicken and waffle eggs benedict, the huevos rancheros, and the stuffed french toast. Definitely recommend getting on the wait-list online first though, they're pretty busy on weekends and it will save you some wait time.

Sara our server was absolutely phenomenal! Her menu suggestions were excellent. She went over and above providing us with an excellent dining experience. Sara ensured we had everything we needed and that our choices were prepared to our preference. Sara was so professional; she has passion for her job and it is evident. Will absolutely recommend Urban Egg to all our friends and family. Give Sara a raise! She deserves it.

Great food, great atmosphere! Our server, Sara was a joy to have. She went above and beyond for us and offered awesome menu suggestions that I can’t wait to come back and try. I appreciate how easy it was to make the menu items vegetarian and Sara was lovely and accommodated my dietary needs. Highly recommend this location!

You got to try the stuffed french toast. This will be my fan favorite. It's a bit loud at times but you're not drowned out. Service was fabulous, food was out quick. If there is a line, consider sitting at the long open table, could meet and make some new friends or your large party may get seated faster.
