Terrible waist of $15 I ordered the Baja bowl, the meal was small there were maybe 3 Very small, thin shaved slices of chicken in it and the beans were too hard in texture. I will never go back.

Want an absolute disappointment. Come Here often and we love the caprese sandwich, the best. Go for lunch and recieve bread tomato and cheese.. ask to get the sandwich that was $21 and was immediately directed to corporate complaints. Employees want to snap on me for asking for food I paid for. For a sandwitch we have eaten many times and never ever have seen something so disappointing. Had to use my salad mix and put it on the sandwitch after the remake just to slightly enjoy the once, best sandwitch. Fail on Panera and fail on management and employees for not just seeing there's an issue with the food they are handing out.

I really love getting the bagel pack of happiness from Panera. This location doesn't keep their inventory accurate for online orders so expect to get a sad pack of sadness if you have a favorite bagel. They don't tell you until you get there and it's really too late to go to a different Panera. Also they dropped the last of my favorite bagel on the ground carrying it from the slicer to my bag. I know it's just an accident but it was the last one of 6 the app said I could get. Maybe you'll have better luck there then I did. It won't be my go to Panera.

Stood there and waiting for two staff members to finish their conversation and just said screw it and started ordering at the self serve screen. All of a sudden she says that she can take my order. A plain grilled cheese, cup of mac and cheese and a cup of tomato soup was $30! No wonder this place has 2 and a half stars. Terrible value

First time I've ever gone to Panera.I showed up at 10:30am, which I checked that store's website before going, which stated soup sales start at 10 am.I drive to the North Academy store, go to place my order, and the clerk tells me that they don't start serving soup until 11:00am. I told him what the website stated, to which he responded, "Well, today it's at 11:00". So I waited in my car. Should have left, my mistake. Bad decision on my part. The soup was Mediocre at best, tasted like it was poured from a frozen bag, and heated up.I asked for a large bowl of soup to go. I got my order, drove back to work, opened the bag to find I received a little cup, about 6 to 8 ounces for $10. After a bite I threw it away.Terrible experience, will never and I repeat, never return.

Nice place, not as busy as some of the nearby locations. Unfortunately the morning crew does not seem to read special instructions for online orders (bagels are never sliced).

was at the gym and remembered I had a gift certificate so decided to grab dinner. Walk in and no one to be seen at the counter so I had to the self ordering which I really hate. a 1/2 salad no protein and cup of wild rice soup was $15! The soup was burnt tasting so I am guessing the bottom of the bowl. I was listening for my name to be called out as that is what it showed on the screen but instead they kept calling out cup of soup and salad which of course I didnt know was mine until going and asking. If I was using my money and not a gift card I would have cried over wasted money.

Ridiculous that pictures show breadbowls filled and setting that expectation. Almost $10.00 for barely filled Mac and cheese breadbowl. Not worth it. When I asked about it the answer was it is prepackaged and this was the correct amount. This was not even close to worth it and was basically stealing. Watch what you order and what they give you. There was like 2 or 3 spoonfuls of mac and cheese

Menu is very misleading. Bread bowls that aren’t even half way full compared to a full picture. I understand having a little less than the picture, but it’s ridiculous especially for the price.

Pretty good overall. I have been going here frequently for the past 3 months to the point where most of the workers and other regulars know my name.(I do wear a name tag though so that may affect things. Also I work here so that also may affect things)Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options, and those that aren't are able to have the meat removed and do a protein swap for avocado.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to dietary restrictions.Parking: Right beside the store. There is enough for everyoneWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
