They use durum semolina and fresh eggs to give their pasta that true sought after texture and they also use bronze dies, which also helps to give their pastas that wonderful texture (it also helps to hold the sauce better!) They even make an array of sauces that perfectly compliment all of the different pastas they make! Make sure to try the Tonnato and the Proscuitto Cream - you won't be disappointed! The owners, Gina and Alex are so sincerely nice and a pleasure to work with. Pasta di Solazzi is a true food gem to have in Colorado Springs.“

“We finally had the pleasure of getting over to Happy Eats for lunch today! We ordered the Italian Sausage Sandwich & Fries, for the kids - the half portion of Mac n Cheese and half portion of Spaghetti - I had a House Salad and added Breaded Chicken, and the Calamari (some items were dug into before I had the chance to snap a photo 😌). Everything was absolutely delicious! Even my picky eaters enjoyed their meals! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, bright, welcoming, and clean! The owners are also wonderful - 10/10 recommend. 👌“

“I have worked here for a couple months now. I have to say they are an amazing company with great food. They have the best chicken noodle soup (I’m sorry Campbell’s). I absolutely love the management and how they treat our customers. Even as an employee, I clock in to forget the stress of college and have a good time making food and serving customers. “I totally LOVE LOVE LOVE their Gluten Free donuts the glazed one are right up their with Krispy Kreme. I've been missing me some Krispy Kreme ever sense I got diagnosed not being able to have gluten. I just wish there was one closer to where I'm at.“

“I ordered from DoorDash and the first order there were a few things missing which is fine and i got my money back and I just re-ordered the items that were missing. However, I couldn’t find a button to add sauces or extra vegetables or anything like that and so I called and I talked to the manager Cora and she was an absolute angel! She was so understanding and sweet and absolutely took care of my order and made it right. She truly made my night!“

“Amazing ambience, if you go here solely for the food you are doing it wrong. Put a quarter in the player piano and enjoy the 1970s without indoor smoking. Good for parties and large groups, very unique 70s-Western feel. Decent arcade. Food was ready with the magic mirrors super quick, decent selection of beers. Gluten free crust is only for 9 inch or small pizzas, and is pretty OK.“

“My daughter and I stopped by for lunch and they did not disappoint. Ms. Jeri and her team were so amazing! My grandson was smitten with them! The food was incredible- this was my first time to eat there and it won’t be my last. We brought home the left over because the servings were large… and I have to admit I didn’t want to share - lol! Thanks for a great experience Jeri and team! We will bring our families there for sure!“
