“We finally had the pleasure of getting over to Happy Eats for lunch today! We ordered the Italian Sausage Sandwich & Fries, for the kids - the half portion of Mac n Cheese and half portion of Spaghetti - I had a House Salad and added Breaded Chicken, and the Calamari (some items were dug into before I had the chance to snap a photo 😌). Everything was absolutely delicious! Even my picky eaters enjoyed their meals! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, bright, welcoming, and clean! The owners are also wonderful - 10/10 recommend. 👌“

“If you are looking for out of this world fresh pasta, look no further! They use durum semolina and fresh eggs to give their pasta that true sought after texture and they also use bronze dies, which also helps to give their pastas that wonderful texture (it also helps to hold the sauce better!) They even make an array of sauces that perfectly compliment all of the different pastas they make! Make sure to try the Tonnato and the Proscuitto Cream - you won't be disappointed! The owners, Gina and Alex are so sincerely nice and a pleasure to work with. Pasta di Solazzi is a true food gem to have in Colorado Springs.“

“I have worked here for a couple months now. I have to say they are an amazing company with great food. They have the best chicken noodle soup (I’m sorry Campbell’s). I absolutely love the management and how they treat our customers. Even as an employee, I clock in to forget the stress of college and have a good time making food and serving customers. “I ordered from DoorDash and the first order there were a few things missing which is fine and i got my money back and I just re-ordered the items that were missing. However, I couldn’t find a button to add sauces or extra vegetables or anything like that and so I called and I talked to the manager Cora and she was an absolute angel! She was so understanding and sweet and absolutely took care of my order and made it right. She truly made my night!“

We have been eating at Noodles chains for over a decade, but this most recent experience was even above and beyond what we have come to expect. “I’ve lived in Colorado Springs for many many years & came here for my first time today. I thought it was cute. My 19 month old daughter loved it and had so much fun.
I do think it’s a bit overpriced but all around it was a fun experience & I really enjoyed the salad bar. It was low key fire lol.
The pizza crust is really good too.

I do want to point out there were quite a few dirty tables with dishes and food all over them while employees stood around talking. I know these are likely teenagers and they want to have fun with their coworkers, but keeping it clean makes for a better atmosphere and experience.

“Called ahead and talked to one of the best phone robots ever. It took my order flawlessly and the food was ready as I walked through the door. Great food too! My only gripe is that this place can be on the higher price point for fast food, but it does shine above the rest.
