PEAK 31 @ Union Station

Great place. Played a show there last night and it was pretty good. The food portion size is out of control and I almost had to tap out. They have a wide variety of choices and it was all delicious. Whoever salted the fries there OMG Chef's kiss! Very good. Thank you very much!

Ordered a steak breakfast and they were out of sirloins so they suggested their rib eye. It was a piece that the fat was so dense that you couldn't even separate it from the meat and so it was basically not edible. The eggs and hash browns were but; not up to standard. One poor waitress running whole bar and one running bets. No real beer selection either, off brand microbrews and standard bud and coors, no bottle beer selection.

Very dark, could use a deep cleaning. There was what looked like bbq splatter up on the wall above our booth and bathrooms weren't very clean. Service was friendly and food was good.

We went on a blues jam night. The music was great. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed. The kitchen had just one cook and the food took about 35-40 minutes after ordering to arrive. Ordering was at the bar, not table service.

We ordered the au jus with mac & cheese side dish. The delay aside, the sandwich was very good. Tasty, seasoned well and not overcooked. The jus was a little salty for my taste, but well enjoyed by the rest of the table.
I will note that drink ordering was straight forward and fairly prompt given the crowd.

We throughly enjoyed our evening. We will go again. But probably will eat beforehand.

Tiff is absolutely incredible. She is the best bartender I have ever seen. She is super attentive, kind and good at her job. She should absolutely be working more often because she is the best bartender they have. The food is amazing, drinks are strong and vibes are great. Cannot recommend this bar enough. Just go!

I've been here several times, it's always a good time! Rob is an excellent and high energy karaoke host. The real diamond there is the bartender Tiffany! Attentive, engaging, great drink maker (and absolutely beautiful). The shots are generous, and there's a welcoming vibe (as long as you aren't a problem of course)

We have had several not great experiences here. The reason I’m leaving this glowing review, is 100% because of Braden, (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong).

My wife and I avoided this place for a good six months because there have been so many times where the bartenders have been sketchy, patrons have been out of control, etc. Regardless, we wanted to do some late night karaoke, so we took a chance. I’m so glad we did because we met one of the coolest bartenders. Braden is great at his job. He made us feel super welcome, went above and beyond, and really shifted our opinion of this place. We will be going back, but only if he’s behind the bar. ✌🏻

Typical bar, nothing fancy, strange layout- can't see the stage from a bunch of seats. Zero wait staff, long lines just to get a drink. Staff are very nice though.

Pretty sure my bartenders name was Brandon or something close to that. Long hair, dark circles around his eyes, rude and slurring words. I will not be returning back here because of him. I cannot fathom running a business and having that be the face of it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Smells owner is rude to staff everyone seems mad and not friendly
