This is one of the worst-managed places I’ve ever encountered. Employees ring in drinks under guests’ banquet tabs to drink for themselves. Don’t waste your money here—it’s a total rip-off. Jonathan, the banquet manager, along with some of the banquet staff, frequently mock and talk negatively about the guests.

Really really cool place I walked into. Took a flight with 3 of their beers. Absolutely phenomenal. Dos Luna's great light beer, Gos in the machine, is an interesting sour with flowery nose and fruit finish. O'Dark is a attempt at Guinness and it comes so close. It's very good, string on the front and middle nodes, just slightly comes short of that other beer, but very great almond almost finish. Loved all three

Love Phantom Canyon, great atmosphere and delicious food and drinks. Had the shepherds pie for lunch, Anthony was our server, he was so awesome. Never disappointed when we choose PCB.

You have to wait for a table for 20 minutes and our kitchen closes in 30. 9:30 on a Friday.. Used to love this place and knew the wynkoop family well. It’s a shame

I ordered the squash salad and it is the saddest salad I've ever had. Maybe 2 tablespoons of dried out quinoa, quarter cup of squash , and a lot of greens. Not worth what I paid at all.

The quality of the napkins is amazing!!!!! Thick, absorbable, wonderful! Now about the food. It is very delicious!!!! Portions r ok but filling and it was very well-seasoned 👍 what a great Valentine’s Day dinner♥️ our server was so nice! Our server Trey was amazing and on top of everything 😊 The Long Island iced tea was made very well. Very happy with it. So rarely I go to a place where it is made right. This is the place to come😃

We watched our server give every one around us get water and attended to im a timely manner. But she failed us. Im a foodie and it wqs excellent but her aervice would not let me come back again.

Have been coming to PCBC for years. This place is consistently awesome and I would recommend to anyone who lives in or is visiting Co Springs. Our most recent visit was 5 stars across the board and, Patti, our server was just incredible. If you go, hopefully you are lucky enough to have her as a your server. Lastly, the Lemon Tabasco Chicken may be the best plate of food in town. Cheers!

Used to be really nice place used to have really good food.. Just not the same has gone downhill The older bartender lady she's super nice but otherwise I've had fairly poor interactions with the staff. If if you try communicating that something was not up to par they'd say that they wouldn't need your business anyways. Food used to be highly rated and their darts are really janky
