Really really cool place I walked into. Took a flight with 3 of their beers. Absolutely phenomenal. Dos Luna's great light beer, Gos in the machine, is an interesting sour with flowery nose and fruit finish. O'Dark is a attempt at Guinness and it comes so close. It's very good, string on the front and middle nodes, just slightly comes short of that other beer, but very great almond almost finish. Loved all three
Love Phantom Canyon, great atmosphere and delicious food and drinks. Had the shepherds pie for lunch, Anthony was our server, he was so awesome. Never disappointed when we choose PCB.
The quality of the napkins is amazing!!!!! Thick, absorbable, wonderful! Now about the food. It is very delicious!!!! Portions r ok but filling and it was very well-seasoned 👍 what a great Valentine’s Day dinner♥️ our server was so nice! Our server Trey was amazing and on top of everything 😊 The Long Island iced tea was made very well. Very happy with it. So rarely I go to a place where it is made right. This is the place to come😃
