Went at lunch time and ordered 10 peice wings with fries and shrimp pho. The people who walked in a few seconds after me helped, served ate and left before my food came out (an hour wait) I've had pho at multiple locations throughout Colorado springs and I can definitely say this was the worst pho I've had in a restaurant. It was bland and the shrimp came out overcooked and flavorless. The wings were good but there were barely any fries and no options for a dip other than what was at the table. The Thai tea was insanely sweet. I have been a barista for multiple boba shops and this thai tea would be considered 200-300% sweet. I poured half my water in the tea and it was still almost un-drinkable. Would not recommend unless you only want some (over-priced) wings.

Service is great and the pho is really the best ever
We were wanting to have a nice hot meal and instead received poor service and lukewarm, tasteless broth.
The service personal was nice but not attentive and felt like they had not been in the service industry very long or trained properly. They also did not have a sense of urgency with helping all the customers. And it wasn’t even busy. I do not know if they were feeling overwhelmed or not but it should not take over 5 minutes to receive water. We were about to walk out when they brought over the water. We should have.
For the food, it was not worth the price. I have had Pho across the US and this was the worse. It was first lukewarm broth. It might have steam coming off the bowl but one taste of the broth and my tap on medium would be the same temperature. Not enough veggies and had a surprise look when we ask about more. We even had to send it back to correct the temperature. Once it was correct, the broth was tasteless and flavorless. That was a first for me.
Lastly, it should not take over 30 mins for only Pho to come out. I can see if we had ordered the wings or appetizers but we only had pho.
I don’t know who decided on the interior design but they need to reevaluate their design. The disco lights were not pleasant and the sounds of a horror movie or a show with lots of screaming could be heard from the kitchen. We were questioning if they were even paying more attention to their show instead of the food.
This was a complete first for me on just overall experience. Will not come again and highly recommend no one else does.

We bought this is takeout tonight. We all had the chicken Pho with all the trimmings. Vegetable spring rolls, fried dumplings, crab rangoons, and hot wings. Absolutely fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed.

The injected wings had my taste buds doing back flips, and every bite had the same amount of delectable flavor on the inside and out. The pho was delicious, and the broth had a good depth to it. The service was also amazing, plus very cheap prices.

Great food, but a TERRIBLE ordering system for takeout. Online is temporarily unavailable, and they hang up when you try to speak to someone. Love this place, just phoking up your takeout game. Update: the broth tonight was unusually bland and cloudy, almost as if they used noodle water to account for broth, which was unfortunate because we had already talked them up to family, whom were with us for the experience, and they were even more disappointed. We have called the same number since the original review to confirm it was correct, and it was, someone just hung up on us when we tried ordering. We love this place, their pho is actually one of the best in town....when they're firing on all cylinders. But tonight was a disappointment and concerning. More than 3 tables walked out during our time here, and we couldn't blame them. Their front of house needs some help/extra training to make the whole thing work. Our waitress was very polite and transparent about these issues the entire time, and was beyond thankful for us being patient, but we just want to see this place be as great as it should be!! We We just want some good pho king pho!!!!

I LOVED the pho here every other time I’ve had it, but tonight it was very bland. Tasted like water. And my mom’s broth was super cloudy as if it was the water they used to blanch the noodles. I’m a server and I can see how our server was struggling and where she was struggling. Owner, can I please work there for like 3 hours one day to just help and show the server how to do it right? I love this place and can see so much potential. Just needs extra training and help. And I will be happy to just educate to help a fellow small business. No more guests walking out if we do it right!
