Pig Latin plate with chicharrón instead of the pulled pork was my go to. I guess frequent customers are no longer important. Wish you all nothing but the best but trying to charge me $11 plus the Pig Latin plate is disrespectful and wrong to a frequent customer. For you not to do it because you believe chicharrón is more expensive than marinated pulled pork is shameful. Just leaves me disappointed with the Chef in this location.

Holy smokes….this was the best meal I’ve had in a very long time!!! The restaurant is tiny. No reservations, but super worth any wait time! When you’re first perusing the menu, you’ll want one of everything because it all sounds so scrumptious! Get one of everything. Get anything. You can’t go wrong! We had the Island, Guava Lava, Yucatán, and chimi shrimp tacos, Cubano & smoked pork loin sandwiches, & the chicken sofrito empanadas…. All amazing!! Flavor on flavor on flavor!! We left PigLatin food drunk. I often dream about PigLatin at night. This will be our first stop if ever we return to Colorado Springs!

Houston was awesome in getting our order placed in and ensuring it was out in timely manner after having issues trying to order online. Took food home and the tacos and nachos were amazing! Great flavor with the pork on nachos and the mexican corn was phenomenal! Out of state visiting and when i visit again, will def stop in!

Went to Piglatin Cocina for my husband's birthday and let me tell you!.... nothing we ate was disappointing. Amazing food that doesnt cost an arm and leg and an awesome chill atmosphere, and great service. We will totally be going back....ALOT! So happy we decided to stray away from our reservation at the melting pot.

Very clean and convenient spot. They provide large portions and for economical prices. I liked the menu very much and the staff were super friendly and explanatory. I recommend this place.

We ordered several items online and ate the food at the restaurant. We tried several tacos, piglatin plate, and beef empanadas. The food was very tasty. We also had the margarita and mojitos. Everything was delicious!

Found this food truck at the Bristol Brewery. Awesome tacos! Went great with my cold beer. Definitely would get more Taco's again.
