If anyone has read my other reviews, you will know that I simply love coffee, and that I am very selective of the coffee I drink. I can honestly say that Pikes Perk Coffee Rosters produce the best coffee I have ever tasted. Sadly, they are only a roaster, and so if you want their coffee, you need to order on-line, or go to one of the coffee shops they supply. Trust me - if you really like coffee, you won't be sorry.
I prefer the chocolate/nutty coffee rather than the fruity/floral option as I drink my coffee black, and the fruity notes leaves the coffee with a sour aftertaste. Sadly (for me) most coffee shops in Colorado Springs seem to prefer the fruity/floral coffee and so, as you can imagine, I was really please to find Pikes Perk Coffee Roasters - Great Roastery - Great People and best Coffee
I recommended the Barr Trail House Blend

Worst quick bite coffee place I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. My iced tea was the only good thing about it at 5 am at the airport Colorado Springs airport. The breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock on top, wet and dripping on the bottom. Egg was dry and cold along with a no flavor sausage patty. Unfortunately we bought two. Yuck. My girls hot coffee was nasty and so hot it took nearly an hour to cool down. She was never given a sleeve to be able to pick up the large coffee. To scalding to drink. In anttempt to try a drink burned the roof of her mouth to the point of blisters formed on roof of mouth. Not at all worth the price. Shame on you. Never again.
If you haven’t checked this place out you are missing out! And more importantly if you haven’t been in the past 6 months you need to check it out. The new owners have done a tremendous job improving the atmosphere, empowering the staff and making this one of the best coffee shops in the area !!! Do your self a favor , try it out then make this your new go to spot for coffee , fellowship, food and community! You can thank me later ! ;)
Just stumbled on this place and it’s good coffee… I love espresso and my americano and yummy it was… good taste!
It was cute coffee shop. I had decaf which unfortunately prescribed by my MD . Coffee was good . Good to se downtown Colorado Springs.
Tasty food and great coffee in a really nice atmosphere. What’s not to love? I had a protein bowl of spinach, eggs, cheese, tomatoes and peppers.
We have visited this coffee shop about 5 times in the month of June while visiting our son who lives nearby the shop. I am a morning ICED tea drinker and my husband is a morning coffee drinker. Because it is nearby his home and I need my morning "fix" of iced tea, we have gone to this shop. I have decided that they must brew their iced tea in the same machine as they brew their coffee. The tea tastes horrible - unless of course you like iced, weak coffee. This weekend I ordered "egg bites". Waited about 10 minutes for them to come to my table and say they didn't have any. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. Holy cow! Soooo, what do I do? I asked. The girl said you will have to order something else. But I don't want anything else. I went ahead and ordered a breakfast burrito so I wouldn't lose my money ($6). It was edible but everything there seems to be pre-packaged and heated in microwave.
If you’re a big coffee drinker, this would be the place for you. The frappes and lattes are basically just coffee, unless you get a very strong flavor like caramel. The place itself and workers seem friendly and welcoming, but service is a little slow
Not a retail location or cafe. Great roaster though.

I have been meaning to try your shop for months, and I was not disappointed. The place is roomy and the coffee tastes great. I will be back.
I decided to stop at this coffee shop on North Academy in Colorado Springs this morning, hoping for a nice, quiet, relaxing few minutes with a good cup of coffee before work. The location is convenient enough, plenty of parking, the restaurant is quite large with lots of very comfortable seating, the front counter is bright and colorful, the employees are friendly enough (though the one didn’t seem to care when I said this is my first time at their coffee shop in a long time), coffee was good, the had Wi-Fi, but needed to be asked to turn it on (it was 7:30 am) for me.
Always good coffee and friendly service!
