I had an issue with one of the pizzas on my delivery tonight and called the store about it. The gentleman who answered, I think his name was Malik, immediately apologized and offered to make it right, no questions asked. They managed to remake and redeliver it within about a half an hour on a Friday night, and the second pie was perfect. Mistakes happen, and I was very happy with the prompt and professional customer service. The delivery driver (I didnt catch his name) also apologized...

I work there the management is great the employee are great ,but truth of matter is that their ingredients are awesome and great tasting...
And expensive as we all know ! I just feel that sometimes we rush as personal and the pizza is not properly cared for....I would say Pizza Hut is the king of pizza still !! The gourmet pizza places are more expensive we can entertain our company by staying with us. Pizza Hut!!

Ordered online, but pizza not ready when I got there. Employee said 6 more minutes. I waited and waited and no pizza. I walked over and saw a pizza in the warming oven. I asked a young man if that was my pizza and he gave it to me.
While the pizza was good, I felt someone should have let me know the pizza was ready.
In fairness, I think they might have been doing some training that night and so they forgot about me.
