I've been trying to call and place an order only to be put on hold for 10-20 minutes (which is not the issue!) and they answer the phone, refuse to answer me when I kept saying, "Hello," and then hang up!
I totally understand if they're slammed and are short staffed, but atleast respond to the customer and say, "Domioes Pizza, please hold." Not out right hanging up on folks!
