Delivery driver here. This 1 star rating is for the fact that this is the dozenth time i have arrived and waited 15+ minutes before anyone had even attended to the front. The gentleman in the back was coughing his brains out, im not sure if he was sick or getting goofy, either option is deplorable, but someone needs to do something about the outrageous mismanagement and poor attitude of the employees overall at this location or just shut shop down already you have a new face behind the counter every week youre obviously failing, its sickening. Dont let your people come to work sickor get goofy at work, do the job, and attend to the guests. Pizza hut needs to do better.

Order a carry out walked in to pick up my order the guy working the counter said he tried to contact but he didnt. Was told the dough was frozen then asked me if I wanted to wait am additional hour to get what I ordered.

Nothing like have to microwave your pizza right after being delivered because it cold. Pizza order was placed at 5:41pm, was picked up for delivery at 6:04pm and delivered at 6:41pm. Pizza was so cold it tasted like yesterdays pizza. Worst Pizza I had to eat because they wouldn't remake. I wasn't even asking for the entire order to be remade. Just the pizza

Apparently Pizza Hut no longer takes cash for delivery. Seems like a pretty stupid move. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

I placed an online order for a current deal. I ordered 2 medium of the same pizzas, but one without onion due to allergy reasons. I called the store to let them know the pizzas were made wrong and to see if I could have some new pizzas made correctly, which had different crusts selected, and redelivered to me. The GM on duty named Josh is the one who answered my call from the beginning. When I told him my pizzas weren't made correctly he started getting an attitude with me then stated there was nothing he could do for my situation because this problem was my fault for using the online pizza hut app, and not his fault because I didnt call and place the order through him. He made it very clear, more than once, that this whole problem was my fault because i used the pizza hut app to place my order. Worst customer service I have dealt with from this store, let alone from a GM on duty.

What a disappointment. I wish I took a photo to show how bad it was, but I simply just threw away one of the pizzas because it was basically cardboard. I asked for extra sauce on the other pizza and barely got any at all. I wont order from here, again. There are too many other choices for this food to be this bad.

Employees dont hear customers coming in the door. Waited 30 mins and three ready orders to be even acknowledged. Then 30 mins to be helped hope they get their stuff together cuz alot of the times ive been in its dead and sometimes online orders are backed up. Food was alright though just expensive and coupons online are not known or even used when ordering in-store by employees :^( if you dont use coupons be ready to pay 30 or more just for pizza and wings. Its a hit or miss but worth the try at least once

I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant to try this Pizza Hut on S. Academy Blvd because of the low reviews—but I’m really glad I gave it a chance.
I ordered the personal pizza that was part of today’s $2 deal, so I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely impressed. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The crust was crispy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and it had that classic Pizza Hut flavor I’ve always enjoyed.
When I arrived, the cashier was very nice and explained that my pizza was still in the oven. She let me know she’d tell me as soon as it was ready—and she did. She was super attentive and professional, which made the experience even better.
Honestly, for a quick and affordable meal, this exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.
