I ordered pizza boxes spent almost $100 including tip for driver. They mixed up the toppings on the crusts. The thin crust for a gluten issue had wrong topping (basically 2 pizzas got mixed up) the gluten issue has an allergy to other topping so I called to get resent. They took the info, then called back to clarify the crust vs toppings, then remade to send out. When it was delivered it was the exact same mix up as the first time. So done, not even worth the headache, won't eat here again

First time ordering from this store. Ordered a big box meal but one of the pizzas in order was wrong. I asked if they could send a replacement. Was told the manager said they would only give me a credit. I didn’t want a credit I wanted my pizza. Ended up not having enough pizza for everyone because nobody’s eating a Hawaiian pizza over here. Not a very good first impression.

Worst Pizza Hut in the springs hands down. Don't order from here, go to the grocery store and grab a frozen pizza instead. You'll spend less money and be less upset then dealing with these fools. Missing food from order, asked delivery driver, he blamed store, called store, got transferred to call center then back to store, then the store blamed the delivery driver (they use doordash). Don't waste your time or money they don't take accountability and the food isn't all that good.

Ordered a 2-topping stuffed crust with an extra topping item, not a word that there was going to be a major change in pricing for it...
One extra topping made this one pizza $60 by itself, and this was not announced until the order got to my doorstep.
The manager on-duty wasn't paying any attention when I called and asked for clarification - brushed me off with a vague excuse of being "too busy to fix it", and hung up.
Predatory business practices here - give your business to a pizza place that wants it.

I had delivery. My buffalo chicken pizza didn't have extra sauce like I ordered, no prompt or auto fill side cup of ranch, lole dominos. Unhelpful staff.
Imagine selling someone a crappy and inedible pizza and then not honoring the credit you gave them because it's been over a month. What a joke of a business model.

I sent my order in around 8:39PM tonight, and apparently, they never received it. I am sitting here with no pizza and dissatisfied. When I called, they were able to track my order or have any record of it. This is the one and only time I order from Pizza Hut, never again. Please avoid Pizza Hut if possible.

Second time ordering here, and its the second time ive gotta say this pizza was unnaturally dry? This pizza needs sauce, and the dough isnt as soft, reminds me of gas station pizza crust that tastes and feels like cardboard. Flavor is mid, but whoever’s making the pizzas need to add some TLC cause it just tastes very sad and bland. Like getting your first cell phone and finding out its your cousins cousin siblings old hand-me-down.
