Kinda odd set up. Meaning you order at the register pay then seat yourself only bottle soda no fountain drinks.kinda cool definitely different than what I am use to but all in all I liked it. Great staff the gentleman who took my order was very polite informative and patient. 10 out of 10 for food quality and

Food was wrong . The online ordering changes up my order and is missing two toppings on my pizza . I'm not a happy customer. If I could choose a pizza hut to order from I would never had choose this one . My food was cold and dry as well as the wrong thing.

Ordered 2 LG pizza's medium crust. Received 2 med thin crust pizzas. When I called, I was told management would contact me. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting.. I'm pretty sure the gal I talked to was stoned, sounded, and conducted themselves in such a manner. Very unsatisfied with experience, and their professional way of resolving my problems...

Miss Sally answered my phone call and was very patient with me while ordering my Pizza order. Very down to earth employee and professional beyond anyone I have come in contact with, During a delivery call. And it had been months. Good for her, promote ahead of peers. Or at least a raise. Corporate. She deserves this.

Door dash almost ruined my night and did not deliver the pizza, my boi at Pizza Hut made it right and I walked away with fresh pizza although I picked it up myself so slight

The service was trash. I ordered online to pay and pick up in store. Upon walking in there was another customer in front of me waiting for his order. When I got to the counter the older lady working was very rude and nasty. She asked my name and rushed me to pay which was fine but the machine was not ready to accept my card. I asked her about the machine and why it was taking so long, she hit a button and it came up, I tapped my card and her response was “good job”. I grabbed my order and she said “hurry up I have pizzas coming out of the oven”. She was rude as hell for no reason and I will not be returning. I don’t need a snotty attitude because she was having a bad day I came to pay for pizza and leave not be spoken to like a child after I said not one word to her besides my name.
