Trash. I eat a lot of poke and this is the worst I've ever had. Rice was old, counter person doused it in sauce which was pooled at the bottom, condition of store behind counter looked terrible.

The food is ok to fair. Service has been hit or miss. I’ve been four times. Twice I’ve had the person I had today and she has been rude/inattentive both times. Tonight, she locked the doors at 630 and turned off the open sign when they close at 7PM with customers still eating in the store

Definitely a delicious spot! Friendly service, everything looks and tastes very fresh. I was worried about freshness and quality and it definitely surprised me. I will definitely be returning. I enjoy being able to build my own bowl and put in it only what I choose. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Girl behind counter looked as if she was disappointed to see someone walk in (even though she had only a couple eating), her attitude was a total downer and she moved like a sloth. The food here is good, but too expensive to be dealing with lazy/moody service. The people at Tokyo Joe's are nicer.

Stopped here after a long day of hiking and it definitely hit the spot. I got the kale noodles as a base and they were delicious! They let you get as many toppings as you want. They have a lot of different sauce options. The woman helping us was really nice and helpful. The bowl was really good and filling. Great flavor. They also had a pretty good drink selection there.

I usually only get a chance to visit near the end of the day but even then the food is still quite good. They have a decent selection of add-ons, sauces, and proteins. Would definitely come back more whenever I feel like I want a poke bowl.

Food made me sick. I have been here before there were new owners and it was amazing. But I think I might have food poisoning and right after I ate it my stomach started cramping and I feel really sick over all. Very sad and in pain:(

We were dissatisfied. The lady at the counter acted like we were bothering here. We would have left if we weren't meeting other folks there. Our bowls were not good, our guests did not like them. The rice was hot which cooked the fish. It's a shame. No, we did not speak to the one person visible. She obviously did not want to make the first batch. We were not going to ask her remake anything. We just wanted out.

My friend and I both did diy bowls. The spicy tuna was really good but my chicken and my shrimp were definitely not fresh, they were both dry and the rice was hard. Tasted like old rice that had been sitting in the fridge.

Worst poke bowl I've ever had. They don't serve sushi rice. Their white rice is hard and cold. I notice they leave the top of the rice cooker open.
We ordered takeout and the order was supposed to be ready between 12:49pm to 1:09pm. We got there at 1:24pm and it was not even made yet. Plus, we ordered their boba drinks and they were out of boba. Why not just disable it from your menu if you are out? We finally got our order at 1:40pm, more than an hour of when I put in my order. The Food was bland and mediocre. The drinks were watered down. Was disappointed.

Terrible. Wildly overpriced and lousy. I'll never go there again.

I had the wrong expectations for this place thinking it would be hot food, but food served cold. Combos are still good I just thought it would be hot.

I would’ve made this much more scathing but I’m out of energy after such a disappointing meal. Turn around and go somewhere else (like the drool-worthy noodle place across the street). I hadn't heard of green tea rice before, but this was basically rice mush--I had to pry it apart into bite sized clumps to eat it. Two scoops of salmon? Turned out to be like ten pieces of salmon, which is definitely not enough and equates to $3 per 5 tiny cubes of salmon. No thanks. I'll pay $13 for a good bowl of poke, and this was NOT a good bowl of poke.
