Haven’t been able to eat there in over 2 months! We go about 1-2 times/month. Last 2 times they were out of fed beans, mashed potatoes and/or crispy spicy chicken. Even if you ask first honey you won’t get it.

I've had issues with other locations but not this one. They had a large order to make before mine came in but they were upfront with me and still made my order in a reasonable time. No mistakes with my order and all the food tasted great. The wings were well sauced and the chicken sandwiches were big.

I've been coming here every now and then since I moved out here years ago. Some days good, some not. But since they had Michael come onto the team, it's been a huge improvement. He sets expectations and tells you honestly if they're out or need to drop another order. If you call ahead with your big order, he'll see it done and taken care of. Could not be happier. ?

Worst service ever, every time I visit this location theres a problem ! Not to mention they make you wait for half an hour over a single meal, how hard is it to put a side and a sandwich in a bag? Does it really takes 30min to do that.

When I had to ask about a menu discrepancy, I was asked if it was on my receipt. Clearly not understanding nor caring that they are false advertising. This guy named Michael stated that he was the general manager of the place and proudly noted for "3 whole weeks." I feel bad. I feel bad for him. I feel bad for the owner. I feel bad for Popeyes. But most of all, I feel bad for any customer that has to deal with this sort of incompetence. It took me 30 minutes for this premium priced experience. To top it off, I found out after drinking my clear sprite in the dark that the cup was lined with brown and black gunk. My biggest drink fear imagined. I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Poorly kept, dirty little franchise, cold food that I had to wait for. The fryer oil was clearly too old going rancid. Took 2 bites and threw it away. Mashed potatoes were good, but clearly come in a bag so nearly impossible to screw up.

This is the WORST Popeyes I've ever been to. Every time there is a problem. Today I went in and ordered some wings and waited almost a half hour before I asked the girl who took my order what was taking so long. She asked what I ordered, then went and got it. They literally had me standing there almost a half hour for one order of wings while they served two people who ordered after me. While I was waiting, three different people came and ended up just leaving because nobody was taking their order. This place is a disaster, I will never go back.
I couldn't even try the chicken, the people at the counter did not serve us despite having stood waiting for more than 10 minutes. It was clearly an issue of racism since American people arrived behind us and were treated as soon as they arrived. Also the place is very dirty.
