Slow; slower, slowest wait for food. Do better

a white guy with a bushy beard and a hat did NOT have any patience AT ALL. he was VERY passive aggressive about us ordering. Apparently this isn't the first time he was rude. was later passive aggressive to the costumers after us. we will no longer be back because of his attitude.

If they don't like their job, they should look for another one and not work with that attitude.

So very much enjoyed our lunch today at Popeyes the manager and his wait staff were absolutely outstanding. Uriah is is the manager and they're not standing one as well. Good job Popeyes

Hours aren't accurate. Tried to come in 20 minutes after they opened but the lobby was closed and no one was at the drive thru.

Usally have no problem at this location. Usally not the type to write reviews. The white guy with a bushy beard and jordan hat was throwing a temper tantrum behind the counter and was extremely rude to me. Looked at me like he wanted to fight actually when I got my order of 6 tenders 45 min after ordering them. Will not be back to this location.

Nobody in the kitchen seemed to know or care about what they were doing. Food took over 20 minutes, it was a five piece tender and some biscuits. Biscuits were hard, food was cold. Two guys in front of me had their orders screwed up. This place is a great argument for completely automating fast food restaurants because none of the humans here gave a crap about what they were doing. Popeye's is great when it's cooked by people that make even a marginal effort.

THEY STEAL MONEY!! We placed an order online and they refused to give us a refund!! Then ignored us the whole time! My husband will be there tomorrow and expecting a refund and for them to be fired!!

Today I dined in with my family and I and the lady in the frong who had assisted us today, was a very kind and very welcoming woman Crystal was amazing and she goes above and beyond, she had given my family and I hot Fresh Chicken and Hot apple and Cinammon Pies, God bless her and the rest of the staff was also very attentive to detail!

What the actual hell is wrong with the people at this location? Whoever is hiring these people seriously needs to fix their shit. This location is an absolute joke. Blaring music to the point where you cannot hear them and then continuing to give the excuse of “we have a lot going on bro”. Grow the hell up. AND after having to repeat the order they still manage to screw it up. Absolutely ridiculous. They should shut this place down.

Came in on a hectic night but all the employees had a great attitude and were working hard to get orders in and food out. Real hustle. Long wait but everything tasted great. One of the guys looks like Jonah Hill. Dine in for an unforgettable Popeyes experience. Maybe someone should check the water supply. Clean facility. 5 stars.

They weren't prepared for the busy day on Father's Day. The people working there seemed inept. There were several people placing large orders. And one employee asked, should we cook more chicken? There were just a couple pieces available! We waited for 45 minutes. We even tried calling ahead for the large order and no one answered the phone.
