Update: Unfortunately, due to 5 negative experiences in a row at Porkbutt, I feel inclined to alter my review. Because of constantly being out of items / deciding to opt for Gold Peak tea instead of the delicious fresh brew they had been using, I don’t think I will be visiting again any time soon. I’ve tried once or twice per week for a month to visit, and each time had to go elsewhere. But the tea thing really was a big blow for me. I LOVED their fresh house made iced tea....
The service was amazing and the BBQ was some of the best BBQ in Colorado Springs. We had the brisket, ribs and sausage. The brisket was well seasoned, tender ans moist. The ribs literally fell off the bone and the sausage was some of the best I've had. They make their own sauces and we tried everyone and they were all amazing! We will definitely be back
Absolutely loved this place and will continue to stop here, the food was amazing and my wife was overjoyed with the fact that it is all gluten free as she is gluten intolerant. Joshua the owner came out to check on everyone's food and had a conversation with us. Super friendly staff and just overall a wonderful experience looking forward to seeing them again!
