Hey Schlotzskys owners!
Called tonight 10/19/22 around 7pm to put an order in for pick up.
Got put on hold for almost 15 mins.
Tried to call back and could never get through.
What's up with that.
Ruined our night!!!
Customer service sucks here.

Schlotzsky's Deli has great food and amazing customer service. The best sandwiches and Cinnabon cimarron rolls are gooey and delicious. The restaurant is always very clean. The staff are super friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Employees are bubbly and professional. They fixed a forgotten sandwich without issue and gave a drink without charge. The management is amazing. Besides one upset employee, the food and service were great.
