I usually have a great experience when I order at this location. The food is always great and the service is always fantastic, But this time It was spent listening to the manager and talk down to his employee the entire time. I’m not sure if he’s new, but you could tell he was doing the best he could do and it just wasn’t good enough for the manager. Walking in, the cashier was super friendly & outgoing. She said she was new but it was apparent that she had great customer service skills. She said her name was Chris.The food was pricey. I quickly remembered why we only come once a year.The food itself was tasty. The only downside was the bacon was so thin & transparent, we couldn't taste it. Love stopping here. Rushed from the hospital to get the only thing my wife wanted to eat, arrived right at closing, and they rang up her original deluxe on the house. A taste of Austin, at our new home. Love yall! Thanks again and again.
