had the “center of the bun” Cinnabon cup. It was a lot of edge of the bun and not much frosting. so a 2 on the food.

Schlotzsky's Deli has great food and amazing customer service. The best sandwiches and Cinnabon cimarron rolls are gooey and delicious. The restaurant is always very clean. The staff are super friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Employees are bubbly and professional. They fixed a forgotten sandwich without issue and gave a drink without charge. The management is amazing. Besides one upset employee, the food and service were great.
