Such amazing food! I had the Pollo Poblano; the chicken was very tender and delicious. Such amazing staff and service. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting Mexican food in the area😋

First time visit for lunch. Nice dining ambiance for a Mexican restaurant. Chips and salsa were out almost immediately. Salsa had a little kick and was very tasty. Wife ordered the chimichanga and enchilada lunch special. I got the chili rellano and enchilada plate. Food was out fairly quickly. The presentation was nice and appealing. Not a whole lot of seasoning was there. Shredded beef enchilada needed a good amount of salt, salsa, and chulula. Same for the chimichanga. The chili rellano was tasty, but the rest was a bit on the bland side. The server was attentive and friendly. It was a decent meal, but I don't see a return trip in the future.

First time into this Pueblo Viejo. Ordered a lunch special, tamale and enchilada, my husband ordered a chili relenos and enchilada. Both were very delicious and a perfect amount of food. Rice was tasty and the chips had a great crunch to them.

Service was great and the ambiance was relaxing and inviting. Really can’t think of anything negative with this experience.

I highly recommend this Pueblo Viejo Mexican Restaurant.

I have been coming to this restaurant forever. Today was the worst service and food I have ever gotten. I always order the same thing and today I’m told oh no you can’t get it that way. So two of us at the table split to plates to make it what we always order. Anyway my food comes out and the meat is cold and when I hand the plate back and say it’s cold I get a nasty face and rudeness. The server then continued with the faces and rudeness through our meal. We were still eating and she comes over to ask if we want boxes. We are still eat so how do I know? I have never been in a more disrespectful restaurant and I have asked 4 times to ask to a manager and no one seems to understand. I won’t be going back again.

Food was delicious, but could use more seasonings & the salsa alone was bland. Service was great drinks could have been refilled sooner but was still a good night.

A solid experience all around. The main thing of note was the service! Our waitress was super kind and was always checking on us to make sure we had enough chips and water, and to make sure our food was good when it came out.

The food itself was good, but not quite as good as some other Mexican restaurants I've been to in the Springs. I went with my mother, and her meal was delicious (which is why the food gets 4 stars instead of 3). She got the taco salad with chicken. The chicken was moist and flavorful with a ton of sauce, which I love. The sauce was a bit sweeter than other sauces I've had on chicken fajitas in the past, but still great. Overall, a fantastic entrée. I got the combo with a tamale, taco, and enchilada, all with pork. The taco was outstanding, the pork was moist which is hard for some restaurants to pull off. It was seasoned well and came in big chunks, which created a great texture. However, the tortillas for the enchilada had a very pasty, almost raw texture. On top of that, the tamale was extremely dry, and the pork used in it tasted very different from the other pork that I loved. It didn't have nearly as much flavor as the taco or the enchilada. The rice was dry and lacking flavor as well, but the beans were OK.

All in all, it was a good experience and I definitely did not feel like I wasted my money or anything, but there are better Mexican experiences (from a purely taste and flavor perspective) to be had in the Springs in my opinion.
