It is 6 o’clock on Thursday, November 21 and I just had an amazing experience with a young employee at this Qdoba location. His name is Khaleem (I hope I spelled that right) And he was a ray of sunshine on a hard week. He was extremely polite and checked in with me multiple times while creating my order to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He has amazing manners and Customer service skills that I haven’t seen in a long time.

Way better than the other mission style burrito place, Qdoba actually fills your burrito bowl full, no skimping here. Including guacamole and queso makes them the better value too. Plus the online order was actually ready when they said it'd be.

The manager has such amazing customer service ? They actually wrap their burritos fully closed no matter how full it is, like badasses.
I guess the managers name is Mikayla too. She was so positive, enjoys her job. Staff otherwise are awesome also ??. That stuff is contagious. Went first about a month ago and then got to go back last week and I was so excited to get a good Qdoba burrito again. Manager wasn't there and they still didn't disappoint ⭐✨
