Food was hot and fresh. Outstanding customer service!

This place has always been good but this last time I got the box combo... my chicken had a strong stench of weed on it somehow. Id just like this place to keep a little more professionalism there. Also please bring back your other cups. Dont cheap out on stuff like that it makes you look bad.

Very disappointing when I gave them another try today. I ordered on the app and was given a time my order should be ready and brought out to me curbside. I waited 15 minutes longer than the promised time and then the fries were cold.

The young man that delivered to my car was very apologetic but I'm thinking that management has some real issues. I will not be back anytime soon.

This is the place I was introduced to Raising Cane's chicken. I was amazed for a number of reasons. I had a bus full of hungry baseball players and coaches and they got our food to us in about 15 minutes. there were over 30 of us that night. No complaining about a bus, it being late in the evening or being sweaty from playing baseball. I was also thrilled with the food and I am not a chicken type of guy, red meat has flavor, but they won me over and I had to bring my family back to share this great place with them. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. I can't say anything bad about this place and can't say enough good about it. Thanks for doing a great job!

Wasn't expecting the chicken sandwich to be stips on a bun, but still tasted fine, nothing to write home about though. Canes sauce and Sweet Tea is pretty good 👍 Very pleasant employees and very efficient! Short wait time.

Came here on the most awkward double date of my life. Luckily, the staff here were very friendly and super accommodating, and the food is everything you need to take your mind off of the people sitting across from you.

Very nice restaurant. Food consistently good 👍 staff checked to see if you needed anything , offered to clean the table when we were done. They were friendly & attentive. Service was actually better than more expensive sit down restaurants.

First world problem- I know. I like canes, always have, always will. Except this location almost never gives you ketchup when you say yes after THEY ask you if you want it. if on the off chance they do give you ketchup, you only get 1. Oh and today didn’t get a straw. It would be great if there was more consistency.

This was the worst chicken I ever had. I ordered the hot chicken tenders and it was disgusting it was like they just pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved it. I could have got this at 7-Eleven

We love Cane's and make a trip once every couple months or so to get a Box Combo. The service has always been good and the food has always come fast. I would definitely recommend trying Cane's at least once!

I ordered delivery through Uber eats and already made a complaint with them, but I figured you should know too. I ordered a Caniac Combo and a Box Combo. I asked to substitute the coleslaw for bread on both, you did not do it. I paid extra to have the box combo drink be a large, I received a medium. Most infuriating of all though is that my Caniac Combo only came with 4 tenders instead of 6 like its supposed to. I hold Canes to a higher standard than most other fast food, and usually you don't disappoint. This time the order was so royally messed up that I think you got more of it wrong than you did right!

We came here for the Mother’s Day promotion. I literally called in advance to make sure that they were doing the promotion which she verified to they were from today til Monday. So I take my family there but of course, no promotion.. we also paid for extra sauce that they didn’t give us and the fries were super soggy and or stale just overall disappointed.

Why the hell would you guys give me my drink in this nasty ahhh cup I was drinking it and then when I opened it I saw how dirty this cup is I know you saw this was this cup used I’m disgusted won’t ever eat here again how do you give someone a dirty paper disposable cup
