I've been on a hunt for good Ramen especially during these colder days this year. Got tired of Vietnamese Pho. This particular place I believe used to be a crawfish joint. We ordered a seaweed salad and two ramen orders. You can choose to order half a bowl or full size. One of the items we ordered is the House Ramen which is a Tonkotsu base topped with Chicken. The other one is the Tonkotsu with Chashu (pork belly). They were very generous with the meat. Plenty of vegetables...

The ladies working there were very helpful and sociable. The Ramen was sub-par based on my previous experiences. I had a spicy Miso with Chicken and Kimchi. The kimchi was sour almost effervescent, and the chicken was shredded and sauced. I have never had fully shredded chicken in a Ramen before. I was also surprised by the price point for the half Ramen because 2 adults and 2 kids with no drink came out to $65. I don't think we will be back unless we want to try the Boba.

I wanted to eat something different I liked however the portions for the cost I do not like my family since my husband was left hungry but if you want to try something different dare to have the experience
