The restaurant, location, view, and service was excellent. The only shock and disappointment was that we had to pay $21 ea. (Senior rate) just to enter Seven Falls where the restaurant is located. I entered the restaurant address on google maps thinking we would just drive there, but instead we were taken to a parking lot and shuttled 15 minutes to the Park entrance and from there we had to walk 15-20 minutes up to where the restaurant is. None of this was indicated on the restaurant...
The experience was very touristy, but a really unique and beautiful setting. The trek to get there was easy, you park ata nearby CO Springs lot and a shuttle brings you up to the entry gate. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. The most notable thing about the restaurant was the extremely friendly service by every single person that came to the table. They were knowledgeable and made you feel like they were happy to be serving you. The food was decent, but my trout wasn't...
Food was underwhelming. Tried to sit us in front of the bathroom when restaurant was almost empty. Had to ask for a steak knife when eating steak. Drinks were way overpriced. Waitress was sweet when she showed up.
