Rock N Roll Sushi

Be careful of the Ramen! The sushi here is amazing and we have been here half a dozen times because of how fresh everything is. However we went on a whim and tried the ramen and it was literal water. I am so disappointed ? the toppings were fantastic but seriously if they are just going to serve water because maybe they ran out of broth just tell us. Really poor service if they're just trying to pass off food for the $. Unless management will correct this we won't be dining here again which is unfortunate.

My friend and I ordered from here, and had to sort of make our own roll because we couldn’t find anything we were wanting on their actual menu, so we both ordered a spicy tuna roll and paid extra for ingredients to be added that weren’t received which is frustrating.

On my roll I didn’t receive crunch on top that I requested, and my friend didn’t get the jalapeño on his and avocado inside his roll that we paid extra for. We also added two sides of eel sauce and not quite sure what we received but I know eel sauce isn’t pink! Thankfully we had some at home so that’s what is on mine but that was not provided by the restaurant.

Pretty displeased with the presentation and portion sizes as well relating to the price, it’s a bit ridiculous to be honest. The sushi and spicy tuna crispy rice bites were a hot mess. We also each paid $10.99 each for the spice tuna crispy rice things, and you can see in the picture what we got which doesn’t seem like a decent amount for what it costs. Overall not super pleased with this place.

The atmosphere of this place is phenomenal! Not like many other places you go to nowadays. It has a nice blend of darkness, but the windows make it feel nice and open. The walls and lighting fixtures are all adorned with rock and roll paraphernalia and screens playing classic 80’s 90’s rock. I have only been here twice and Ryann has been our sever both times. She has a great and positive attitude and never makes you feel rushed or unwelcome. And the wontons? To die for! Need a quick, tasty, and lighter lunch? I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Ok, Yall!! If you are looking for a hidden gem, check out Rock N Roll Sushi. The food was “rockin”, cooked and seasoned well (filet mignon rockin bowl. Sushi is awesome and don’t forget the crispy crab wontons, they are fire. Server Ryann is fantastic and really knows her stuff!! Try this place and you won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing. Great service (Ryann rocks!) and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The food is incredible every time I come here. The fried wontons are the best, hands down! I also highly recommend filet mignon bowl. I will definitely be back!

See photos attached. I have ordered this roll many times and it usually looks like the first picture…however, the picture on the right is what I received.

I ordered the Thriller Roll, what I received was missing ingredients. See picture below.

After trying to rectify the issue with the restaurant, they stated that there was nothing they could do to fix their error. This is straight from the General Manager, who informed the head cook and the customer service representative that they cannot help me since the food was ordered “third party”.

End of the day, the Uber Driver is not making the food. The restaurant made a mistake and refused to fix it.

The driver did not mishandle the food, nor did they open the bag, everything was sealed.

Lastly, the reason I gave service 3 stars is because of the young lady who attempted to help resolve the issue. She tried what she could at her level, the general manager did not…

Been going to Rock N Roll Sushi since they opened up their East Colorado Springs location. The rolls are incredible and so is the atmosphere and vibe. Had Ryann today as my server and she was fantastic. If you haven't been I highly recommend it!

Lovely staff, Ryan was fantastic. Edamame was meh. Black ton katsu was a bit fishy for my liking but lil dude liked it. Yellow tail sashimi was A-1 and I enjoyed my salmon roll.
