Decided to try for the first time. I got the Triple Delight and Chicken Fried Rice. Healthy portions in each meal. Absolutely delicious and the price is pretty one spot for the area.

This place is a big old nope. Mediocre flavor, smallest portions in town but one of the more expensive options. Upcharge for fried rice that is not worthy of the extra fee. If you want Chinese food, make the drive to Lucky Dragon on Fillmore. Rong Cheng should be associated with grocery store freezer burnt PFchang because they are in the same league. On a positive note, their appetizers are very good.

Over an hour waiting for our food pickup for 2 people. App said it would be ready in 15. Not visiting this place again. Response to owner's comment below: In the future be transparent and please update app to then say 2 hour wait...

I wish they had a bigger dining room, but the food is great and the staff are wonderful! We eat there _at least_ every month. Solid, affordable sushi!

Everything was fine. There was nothing, however, that really stood out (Cashew Chicken, Pepper Steak, and Garlic Chicken). Though I picked up, I did see a few parties dining in.
The place was clean and I still would like to try some other items next time. I would still suggest Rong Cheng if someone was looking for a new place to try.

I cannot provide a review on the quality of food as they canceled our order 2 hours after placing it. We ordered at 5:38pm on Christmas Day. Our Uber Eats driver arrived at 6pm to pick up the order and messaged us letting us know there was a line out the door and numerous third party delivery services waiting for food.
At a little after 7:30pm, they canceled our order, over 2 hours after placing it and 90 minutes after our driver had arrived to pick it up. I get that it was Christmas and very busy. My frustration is that clearly they did not have the bandwidth nor food stores to meet the demand and should have cared enough and been responsible enough to shut down online ordering as soon as it was clear that they could not meet the demand. Instead, they failed dozens (if not more) of families who made plans for dinner on Christmas and left dozens of delivery drivers waiting hours only to lose out on the delivery fee and tips they were trying to earn.
No apology followed. No mea culpa. Great example of poor planning, poor customer service, and a business that clearly doesn’t care about the people that patronize their business.
I will never eat or order from them again and would strongly suggest not relying on Rong Cheng for important or special meals. They might just cancel your order without offering any explanation or provide any kind of apology.

Best Chinese in Colorado Springs! I’m so glad we found this gem. Real (East Coast) Egg rolls, great pan fried dumplings and sesame chicken. I wish they had twice cook pork… I will try their pork chow mein next.

I wasn’t going to write a review. I wanted to give this restaurant another chance after ordering noodles for the 2nd time, praying that they weren’t overcooked.. Let me explain. Moving from Vegas I’m used to a different caliber of food. This was the first place I tried. Mediocre! I tried a few different places, but due to the fact that this place was closer to my home I went back. This was during the time that the tariffs started. So it became Mediocre and of less quantity. I normally get the Wonton egg drop soup, which was 🔥 Four months ago. Now they are adding a lot of different ingredients like bell pepper, baby corn, and extra. Carrots, etc. 3!!! Baby shrimp and maybe 2!!!pieces of chicken. My dinner cost almost $40 and I still needed to fix some hamburger helper just to get the taste out of my mouth because it tasted horrible‼️ I liked the Staff & the atmosphere during the summer. However if you have NEVER had good Chinese food., Or you didn’t taste their food before the change. You will think is the best food you’ve ever tasted. However, I will no longer order from this restaurant. I work too hard for my money. And when I do decide to treat myself. I expect quantity and quality. Every time‼️

Found a CLAW in my “all white meat” orange chicken that I paid extra for. Are chicken feet considered white meat?? 🤢 Never again!
