I consider myself a Chinese food snob. Coming from the east Coast where great Chinese food is plentiful, we struggled to find anywhere great in Colorado Springs. This place is great! Is it the best ever? No, but goodness gracious, I consider it the best I've had in the springs and one of the only places that makes Singapore Mei Fun, one of my favorite dishes. The third star is for being open on Thanksgiving. Otherwise, the House fried rice was edible but it contains onions which I can't eat, so when I took my first bite I was not happy to say the least. Lucky that I was so hungry that I didn't leave the parking lot and returned to restaurant where the gentleman had it remade, but it had a flavor in there that I didn't like.

The Mei Fun noodles were great and although I ordered chicken this time, the veggies were really good so next time I’m going all veg.
Definitely on my list of places to visit.
Vegetarian options: Dish types offer a “vegetable” option in place of meat-based protein.
