While in Colorado Springs we stumbled across Rudy’s, what a wonderful experience. Food outstanding, staff great . Will recommend to clients in the area.

Everything about this place is wonderful! When you can go back for breakfast 3 times in a week, you know it's gotta be good place! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their items and what they offer. The green enchiladas are pictured below. The prices are great too...
Only the 2nd time we have been here and both times were hands down some of the best food we have had in a long time. Will be back for more next time we are in town.
Had breakfast and lunch. Both item were good, especially the green chili sauce. Outdoor patio has nice views

Rudy’s was a wonderful place to hold my sisters surprise b-day party. They were so accommodating. And Monica was so friendly and attentive.

Great place to eat on that side of town. Service seems to get slower every time I visit though.
I had the smothered carne asada burrito for lunch. Large portion and tasted great. The homemade chips and salsa were delicious. The mountain views from the patio was perfect. Also, the staff was friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the area wanting Mexican cuisine

Just got done eating and what can I say?!? These fajitas healed my soul! It’s been a long while since I’ve had a meal that I enjoyed every single bite and cleaned the plate but this place is it! We will be coming a lot more in the future!
