We’ve been going to Rudy’s since they were on South Nevada. They are the best I love their breakfast green chili and cheese enchiladas the way that’s awesome and Rudy is so gracious. He always comes and greets people bring back bread pudding though when we go, it’s not there on Sundays.
Came here with my co workers for a good ol fashion no talk chill out and just simply eat type of deal. Was very chill very laid back homie type of feelz* I loved it. I wouldn’t believe the bad reviews here unless maybe by mistake a locker room cancer employee was hired on and disrespected someone or something; otherwise, perfect place to eat with peace and quiet; have some good conversation and what not.
We were down in Colorado Springs to celebrate my birthday. My wife plans the places we eat at and took us here for breakfast. I was skeptical, as I'm more of a typical breakfast person (and have had a hard time finding good Mexican food). I decided to go for the Special Burrito (breakfast) and my wife got the Huevos Rancheros with a side of carnitas. Both were smothered in Green Chile.
