We absolutely love Salsa on the Rock and make it a weekly must-visit to get our fix! After trying nearly every Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs, this one remains our all-time favorite! The three salsas are incredible! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is just as amazing! My new most favorite Mexican food restaurant in town. Avacado fries (deep fried avacado, drizzled in honey and served with and amazing sauce ARE INCREDIBLE). House margaritas are lovely, and the outdoor (dog and kid friendly) porch have an awesome Baja feeling. Family owned and AMAZING!!!
