The pizzas have been undercooked the last four times I’ve been there. I would like to think someone might check these reviews and adjust their oven.

Sams club is not staffing the Cafe properly. It's unfortunate that employees need to suffer just so sams club can save a buck. Pizza was old looked like it was sitting all day. Service was extremely slow and the tables dirty and greasy. The two employees could not help all the customers in a timely manner let alone make fresh pizza. Even the Scan a go had a huge line.

The food is decent and the price is fantastic. They are ALWAYS understaffed with no coordination. Service is insanely slow and I always have to repeat my order 2-3 times to actually get my food.

Great food at a fantastic price but these guys NEVER answer the phone when I try to put in a pizza order. I’ve been told multiple times that they can’t make a pizza and hang up. I always end up going to Costco. They always answer and get the order put in.

I dropped off an order at the bakery in person for a tiered cake at least a week ago. The girl that took the order said I couldn't do marble cake on a tiered cake, that's fine so I changed it to chocolate. Got a call this morning....a day before my wedding from Selena at the bakery to say I can't do whipped icing on a tiered cake. Only buttercream. Why was this not caught when I placed the order. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do about cake just 24 hours before my wedding. Stress right now is not what I wanted. This is absolutely disappointing Sam's.

hello!!! we are new in town and happy to have all our usual places to shop. especially sams! i do wanna come on here to say THANK YOU to the random lady who just went up to our daughter and offered tk buy her a toy castle and my office chair as well. she was so sweet... i dont know why she took it upon herself to offer my daughter a gift but it eas so sweet and being all her bedroom is in a moving truck this will help keep her busy while we get the rest of her things here. I
My wife got two hot dogs and four pieces of pizza. The hot dogs were as good as usual. The pizza on the other hand I couldn't even eat. The slices were put on a paper plate covered with foil, than the hot dogs were put on top of the pizza. When I tried to eat the pizza the cheese was all stuck to the foil. When I tried pulling it off the cheese had foil on it. Not for nothing but you have a store with restaurant supplies. You do have clam shells you can put pizza in to go. I had to throw all the pizza away.

Even though they no longer allow overnight parking at this particular Sam’s, they accommodated us for the night w parking. I thanked them by doing a little litter pickup all around the common area we stayed.. ? Thank you Management at Sam’s on Woodmen Rd. ❤️
