Grew up eating Shipley’s Kolaches and Glazed donuts and unfortunately this store just can’t get it right. Ate here for the 4th time this morning, and the store staff was inside but hadn’t opened yet 5:10am, sign said 5:00. I returned 30 min later and got my kolaches and all three had most of the cheese baked out of the dough.
Shipley’s is nostalgic for me so I’ll probably go back but this definitely isn’t the place I grew up on. Disappointing!!

The kolachesare Ok but they run out of them the didn't have any without cheese, I was their at 8:30 am the donuts are pretty good is there a good price also I hope that doesn't change customer service is not very good the young man at the register didn't answer questions was not interested in a conversation so I didn't learn too much about the product but I did eat some of the stuff and I thought the donuts were good I would probably go back for the donuts but not the customer service in the space was not that large but it was kind of messy like no one cleaned it

I went to Shipley's for the first time tonight. The cold brew coffee do-nut is my new all-time fave!! Also, Fred at the counter was so friendly and helpful - I would visit again and again!
