These are the most disappointing donuts I’ve ever eaten in my life! They are horrifically over cooked and if I wasn’t celebrating Valentine’s Day with the kids right now I’d be driving back for a refund. The kids actually refuse to eat them. My friend warned me that the last time he tried this place they tasted like day old donuts, but I saw the 4.4 rating and thought it was a one off. Turns out I was wrong and this seems to be on brand for this location. Don’t even get me started on the pricing either, how does a dozen donuts cost nearly $23 for half glazed and half chocolate glaze?!

I’m a regular client. This time I sat in the drive-through for five minutes with no response. Drove around to the front of the store with nobody in the store. Stood for another five minutes. No one showed up. Somebody in management needs to wake up and do a little investigation.

Twice I've gotten a dozen to take to work. Staff always picks out boring glazed. Last dozen bought tasted like they were a day-old. Co-workers thought so too. Won't be back.
