To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the flavors. We got half a dozen all different flavors to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The frosting had no flavor, the lucky charms toppings were stale, frosting to cake ratio was off. They were pricy, and really did not meet my expectation.Probably wont go back, and will try other local businesses

*thank you for your response, I'm glad you looked into my "claims". There is no problem with there being 2 cupcakes left at 7pm, an hour before closing, which was accurate, your staff member said "there's two left..." and named the flavors. The main point of attention was the attitude. A little kindness does go a long way and being short and making a customer feel unwelcome is not kind. Im sorry that you are disappointed in the experience that customers are having, maybe I caught her at a bad time or a bad day. However, I am not fabricating anything as you make it sound. I gave an honest review of what happened. In hindsight I probably should have brought it to the managers attention privately and I will remove my review on principle of, im not a jerk. I just wanted to make it known the attitude of the employee was off putting, unwelcoming and not fitting for retail.We showed up at 7pm and were told they had 2 cupcakes total. Ok, so I asked about ice cream and she said she's put them up, rolls her eyes, and said she can go get them though. I asked if they were closed, she responded that they close at 8.... in an hour. I told her we will just go to coldstone across the street. She laughed and said "whatever" I won't make someone do their job, especially when everything costs so much. Not worth my time to suffer someone else's attitude

The staff was fantastic. We were visiting from out of town, living in FL and up for a wedding and birthday. We ordered the smallcakes for the Birthday, and they were a hit! We recommend them for all your cupcake needs!

Very rude employees. A lady named Jennifer needs to learn how to talk to customers. She was extremely rude to me. The cupcakes I got were really nasty and too dry. Would never go back to this cupcake place. Think twice before coming here!!!!!

This place is amazing and the staff is so nice! I drove all around town looking for a bakery that can make custom design order the day of. Most bakery's understandably can't make custom orders the day of, but after speaking to the manager she was super cool and was able to make my custom order AND get it done under an hour! They came out so good! I couldn't be happier. Great place, Great people!

I absolutely loved visiting this establishment. The woman that helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. She offered multiple samples and was very helpful when it came to making our selections. The cupcakes were delicious.
They were able to make some gender real cupcakes super last minute for me and I picked up a lemon poppyseed cupcake as well! Adorable little place :)

My friend called and placed an order for gender reveal cupcakes on February 13th, I was expecting the order to be complete within a few days considering Valentine’s Day was the following day and they were most likely VERY busy! Well, this shop had the order ready for pickup WITHIN ONE HOUR!! When I got to the store that same day, I picked up the cutest gender reveal cupcakes. Mind you, my friend didn’t ask for any specific decorations, just chocolate cupcakes with the colored frosting inside. Small cakes went above and beyond my expectations with the cutest decorations and a mix of pink and blue frosting on top. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, as always! Thank you Jennifer, Sara and team for helping me with this special moment!P.S. ITS A GIRL ?

They were able to put together some adorable cupcakes with filling inside on short notice and made it feel so special finding out the gender of our baby!!! Small Cakes is an adorable little shop with really delicious cupcakes that brightened my day! I only had the cupcakes but I’m sure everything else is just as delicious. The service was exceptional! I’m very picky when it comes to flavors and she was happy to make me exactly what I wanted! Try them out you will love them!
