The ice cream is fantastic wish Sonic would only stuck with ice cream milk the burgers are overpriced and just not that good and no matter which Sonic I go to I can't get out of the drive-thru within 15 minutes even if I'm the only car but don't get me wrong the people are super friendly and the ice cream is stellar.

I had an issue , so I called and spoke to the manager. This manager made things right. She offered me a free combo meal. I picked up the meal for lunch today. Staff at the window were friendly, and I got my food with no issues. Things happen, but it is how they are rectified. I would have to say sonic manager on 8th St. and today's staff have great customer service! The food was also good 👍 😋

It's been a long time for great customer service. But Sonic, on 8th Street brought it today!!! Reica was amazing!! She greeted me at the speaker, making me feel like she wanted my business. She was patient, I didn't know what I wanted at the moment. She went old school customer service that we all loved and wished would come back, she did just that! She went above and beyond what majority of employees do nowadays at other establishments. Keep up the great work, Reica!...
