Sosa's Pupuseria

Just got cut off by this guy with his food truck in tow. He proceeded to stick his tongue out at my husband and I as if we were in the wrong. Super unprofessional and creepy.

I got mulita pupusas at the food truck but they gave me pupusas with no meat, no cheese, just refried beans and they were soggy and fell apart immediately. The worst pupusas I have ever had. I was told 10 minutes and it took 27 minutes as well.

Yum! Had both a bean n cheese and a pork n cheese pupusa. Both were really delicious and the staff was friendly and quick to have my order ready. First time trying this place but I will definitely be back.

I worked with Sosa’s to cater for an event for my work. They were super easy to work with, reasonable, and on time. Fresh hot food and very efficient. I highly recommend working with their food truck to host events. Thank you again from Fort Carson 4ID!!

Colorado Springs finally has some flavor! Don't skip out on Sosa's. Fast, clean, friendly and affordable. Most of all DELICIOUS!

Parking: Plenty of open parking directly in front of business.

We randomly drove by Sosa’s (we saw the food truck parked out front) so we decided to check it out. I’m glad we did! We ordered the Honduran tacos, the street tacos (both asada and pastor) and a pupusa. Everything was delicious but the pupusa was the star! You can tell everything is homemade - all of our dishes were super fresh! Next time, we will definitely try a variety of pupusas and they also recommended the fried chicken and plantains (they have vegetarian options too). The restaurant is small but clean…they also have a little market as well. The owner (I assume) was extremely nice!

Oh my God, I have to say that this is the best street tacos i've had probably in my entire life. The portion sizes are a lot bigger than you would expect. The food has an amazing flavor that just explodes with every bite. Isaac is super friendly and very eager to satisfy your hunger needs an earn your business! I guarantee you will be repeat customer. I highly recommend you stopping by, you won't regret it!!!

Apparently this restaurant food truck is under the impression that the parking spots in front of it are "reserved" for GrubHub, etc take out orders. Gotta love the guy in the food truck who wants to argue about you parking in "his" spot which is clearly NOT posted as private parking, or reserved, for carryout, or anyone. . Technically ANYONE can park in that spot. Also gotta love how he wants me to respect him because there's a Camera right up above him. That's why I took the time to point out the correct type of parking signs behind the China Lantern II restaurant around the corner. Then he tells you "go ahead do what you want". Amazing place.
