The staff is very friendly, very attentive, everything is made to perfection.One thing I've noticed, they seem to care about building relationships with people. Was here yesterday around 5pm ordered 2 large lattes. Both very hot service was fast gave a tip, Did not have any coffee flavor taste like just milk. Sucked thanks for the hot milk. Wish I could get my tip back worst I have ever received.

I have been visiting this location for 4 years now and the staff have been personable, friendly, and very helpful. I always see hard workers and baristas with good attitudes, even through the busier times of the day. Shout out to their manager and Logan - my favorite barista!!
My go-to drink is a large Chai Tea Latte, hot, 7 pumps of Chai. Tonight, it was PERFECT, I mean BEYOND PERFECT! After covid, taste buds are weak but tonight I could TASTE the Chai! Thanks!!!

I am 4th generation CO Springs AND never in my life have I ever been asked to NOT smoke outside in my vehicle! MAYBE if this location was still a bank! BUT as a publicly traded and privately owned lot......YOU GUYS HAVE NO RIGHT TO ASK THAT OF A PATRON! ....The use of any tobacco – including cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco – is prohibited inside and outside of all El Paso County-owned or leased buildings and adjacent areas, including parking lots, garages, etc. (Does El Paso County OWN that building?!?!) LAst I check, ever since the bank sold that building...IT IS NOT A county owned!... will keep my cigar lit the next time I come through the drive thur. Out of all the Starbucks in the Springs...this one is the only one that has the nerve to say/ask something so stupid of a paying customer. lol. Amazed at the audacity of these folks at this location. Stick to Stetson Hills and/ or Dublin location....in fact, ANY location other than this one! Maybe one day this location will sell the building again and turn back into a bank LOL

I picked up a protein pack so I'd have a healthy snack on my flight. Huge hair in my food. It was really visible before even opening it! Disgusting! How could they have missed this? How did it get there in the first place? I won't be going to this Starbucks again. What happens that we don't see?
