I’m super disappointed with this Starbucks… ordered a Venti Blonde cinnamon dulce late and the cup was not filled 1/3 of the way. Pretty much a grande drink in a venti cup. Also got my mom a white hot chocolate and her cup was 1/4 empty. We have complained in the past about the same issue but apparently getting what you paid for is too much to ask from this location. I suggest you go to another Starbucks or the Dutch Bros across the road instead. Absolutely absurd.

Love the Fillmore Centennial Starbucks. Watch the prices. Someone over charged me the other day. Otherwise it's great! Great for teens to meet and do homework as well.

I ordered an iced tea. I didn’t realize that none of their teas were iced. So it came out hot. I just asked them if they could pour it into a cup with ice and they looked at me like I was from another planet and they said I don’t know. Well it’s a simple question either you can or you can’t. They had to have a private conversation over their headset and they came to the conclusion that they could. SMH. And then they had another private conversation about how much to charge me for it. Wait. I can get an ice water for no charge and I already paid for the tea. I guess you have to tip the geniuses at Starbucks to get good customer service and polite employees

Learn what TIPS stands for and then maybe you'll get one.Edit to respond- I shouldn't have to turn around everytime it's bad. I believe you guys have recipes. They should be used.Go through your bad reviews and learn from them. Quit making the same mistakes and just apologizing for them. Change, do better for your customers. They are your income.Don't forget that.
Surrounded by the noise of Austin bluffs parkway and strip malls, is a really good Starbucks and the staff have a lot to do with that. Very friendly and accommodating. Areas are kept clean and service is quick.
