There is nothing I hate more than being circled by employees at a store or restaurant that is a half hour away from close because they want to go home. I take that back I definitely hate those same circling employees wearing headsets actively commenting on every guest that comes in and out of a store. Turning the lights out at 6:30pm at a coffee shop that doesn’t close for an hour is just bad business. Do better Starbucks the store needs some training.

Love going to this one from time to time, But the counters are always so messy! I understand when it gets busy it's harder to clean in between orders but I think a quick swipe with a Sani wipe could make a huge difference. Went in this morning and there was water slowly making it's way onto the handout counter from the rinse sink. Otherwise the baristas are great and the lobby is clean!

Please get more kid friendly items. Moms with kids will go more often! Only coffee place that doesn't offer kids size or smoothies! Other than that it's great the rare times I don't have the kids.

Starbucks please hire more people like Tristan. He has such a positive spirit. He smiles, he sings, he makes others smile and lifts a mood in a room. I even accidentally spilled and flooded the lobby with coffee like a clumsy butt. He was so nice about it and very insistent on cleaning it up and even offering me another cup of coffee. Thank you Tristan “, I hope Starbucks is taking good care of him so us customers get an experience that Starbucks intended . A great one!

Hundreds of Starbucks locations later, years of going and never have I been treated like a loiterer. I didn’t even get a chance to set up my table before short dude with glasses asks me to pay or I have to leave. My wife just got finished washing the cup as well. I purchase coffee 2-3 times a day, I use the app, I follow all rules. I’ve never made trouble or loitered ever. This is the second time having an issue here. The other time they closed hours earlier. I worked for Starbucks almost 20 years ago and all the rest of the time going I’ve always paid. I also always see people that loiter and don’t pay but nothing has been said. This Starbucks just doesn’t want to work . They wanna close early and leave a mess in the lobby all shift.
This Starbucks is one of the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to in a while. I tried to come in the store one time and normally they don’t close till 7:00 -7:30 but the one time during the day they closed the inside lobby at like 4 pm. And they all of a sudden have a new rule about having to purchase something in order to sit and use my laptop which is crazy none of them have ever told me that ever even when I am studying for school!!!!! Crazy

As a former barista at the fountain Starbucks, I am surprised I went through the drive through for two venti cups of hot water for my own tea bags. Something my store never had a problem giving customers. But I was turned away that they couldn’t give me a cup of hot water because I could use it as a weapon and throw it in a baristas face?!!! Get a grip Starbucks. Specifically this lame scared location. Go somewhere else, they are not helpful and think you are threatening asking for a cup of hot water for your own tea bags on a cold morning.

They didn't listen the first time I ordered so my drink was not correct. Had to do the whole thing over and they got a little attitude about it. I stopped here out of desperation. I will rethink my choice next time
