The ladies who work here were all working and being conscientious of me for sure. The young man who took my order was less than helpful and made me feel embarrassed . No one was there in line so I walked straight up tot he counter and waited for him to turn around and acknowledge I was there. He was talking with his back turned to me talking with a coworker.
When I asked if this is where I order, he said , no, you need to order down there .. pointing to the other end of the bar. As I’m walking away he says, “Just kidding.”
Embarrassed I walk back and said I would like kale and mushroom bites. He said we don’t have those. Not offering any suggestions I had to ask if they sold any of those… as if I were bothering him, he went down a list .
He put my order in the register and when I lifted my hand to pay cash, he turned his back again, standing there with my mo yes out, the girl next to him says, “ Can I help you?”?? Told her I’m just trying to pay. The young man turns around and says no you need to put in your phone number. Getting frustrated at this point I put in my number and the girl finally takes my money and delivers change.
The young man, is still right in front of me at the counter with his back turned to me just chatting with the girls. Another girl made my egg bites and I picked them up
At the end of the counter.
This young man does not belong in customer service in my opinion - he’s just wanting to chat with the ladies - not business and trying to impress them in my opinion.
I won’t be back to this location and if I do, I may need to speak up next time and tell that young man to please be more professional and have some customer care.

Lovely place, but it's marked as a drive through location. It's a Target. I think driving through would be frowned upon.

The drink was amazing, but I got my drink after many people who were behind me in line.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Colorado Springs. I go here at least once a week. The young lady, I believe her name in Cherish, always remembers my name. All the staff are kind and efficient.

I pay $7 for them to fill the cup like this. I got a tall drink in my grande. I like this starbucks they always make my drink right, but a $7 drink 75% filled is a rip off. (Posted pic of cup)

Drink made wrong and not fixed.

The employees at this Starbucks don’t call out orders by the individuals name on the cup. That led to an individual who was also waiting for their drink to pick up my drink with their hand on the part where I’m supposed to drink. The male behind the counter working told me and my partner we could still take the drink even though the mouth part of the drink had already been contaminated. What’s the point of asking for a name for the order if they’re not going to use it?

I went in today to get drinks for my staff since the other drive through location off Barnes is closed. The employees working WERE BEYOND RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL. One worker said my drink was “disgusting, and meant for fat people” when it’s literally a matcha latte with cold foam and oat milk. On top of that when they made it, it was 50% foam. It’s a $9 for them to give me foam. The staff was rude the entire time they made my order and I am beyond upset with how they treated me. I will never get any drink from here again.

Line was short but we waited over 10 min for a cake pop and frappacino.

The girl making drinks made mine wrong, and it was also very watery. I nicely asked if it had enough espresso, and mentioned that there was no cold foam (it costs $1.25 or something). She gave me a rude look and remade it. I think it has even less espresso now. I've worked in the food service before. Mistakes happen! But she clearly doesn't like or care about her job, which stinks for the customers who look forward to their mental-health-in-a-cup. :(

Soooooo…. It takes a lot for me to leave a really negative review, but I was really unhappy with the service at this Starbucks in Target.

I ordered a large English breakfast tea with milk. I said I did not want the milk steamed. When I received my drink it was cold. I asked the barista if she could warm it up. She said she could not warm it up and gave me half a small cup of hot water. I told her it was very cold and the hot water would not fix it. She responded, with an attitude and said you ordered it half tea and half milk and you didn’t want the milk steamed— it’s going to be cold. I told her I did not order it half and half, I just asked for milk.

I got a little annoyed because while I realized the cashier could have misunderstood me, there was no reason for the attitude. Eventually, she asked me if I wanted her to make my tea again and I said yes. My second cup of tea was let’s say mediocre at best. A large tea comes with two teabags. Mine did not. I asked a second tea bag and we both looked at the empty carton tea hanging on the wall. With her now commonplace attitude she told me to wait while she got some more tea. When she returned with the tea she asked me if I wanted her to make the tea again or if I just wanted the tea bag. I told her I would just take it and add it to my tea myself.

I am deliberately not mentioning the barista‘s name. I respect people who work in the service industry and frankly I do not think I could do their job. However, the barista definitely made my large tea with one tea bag hoping I wouldn’t notice. For a person like me who takes their tea seriously, it makes a difference. Poor attitude and service.
