This is my favorite Starbucks by far. I work close and go there waaaaay too much and have never had a bad experience. No matter who's at the window they're always SO nice and friendly. Any order errors have been my own. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The sign says it opens at 4:30am but they’re also not open / not ready to be open at 4:30am…? Very confusing.

Went to this location with my daughter during the evening after grocery shopping. When we walked in two of the workers did not greet or at least say someone will be with you. We waited about 5 minutes not sure who was going to take our order. Someone eventually came from the back an took our order. We ordered two double choc chip frappe. We waited nearly 20 minutes. While waiting one of the girls making the drinks kept slamming the blender device in the sink barely rinsing in between orders it was very tense. I ended up throwing my drink away because it tasted like rotten milk I had a strong feeling I would end up sick.. Im not surprised because I saw the milk sitting out my whole time in there. I could imagine this going on all day an the milk not being fresh.I waisted a whole chunk of my evening and money to end up with nothing. I should have just went to the location inside King Soopers.

I like this location because it’s right near my place of residence. I go in to get homework done if I’m not working, and order me a Grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with a cheese danish. They always make my drink on point and have my order ready if I order mobile. Most of the staff is nice, haven’t had a bad experience with a staff member and I hope it remains that way.The only hiccup I have had here was when I went inside to chillax my drink order was on time but I waited 15 minutes longer for my cheese danish. I was informed it was given to drive thru. Luckily I had no errands otherwise I would’ve been heated and requested a refund. I received my cheese danish. Oh and whoever put this Starbucks here should’ve thought about the parking and congestion at peak hours because yikes!!!

I just went to this Starbucks. The staff was super friendly to me. The hot machine drinks were broken and they made a positive out take on it! When I got to the window they made fun conversation with me asking my favorite Adam Sandler movie. Overall just the best energy at Starbucks. You can tell the team likes their job and also get along well. My drink was tasty too!

Placed my order in drive thru and the girl at the window was very friendly. They had cups displayed outside the drive thru window with a sign that said “Don’t miss this sale 30% off”. I picked out a cup and she told me the price, I told her the sign said 30% off and she offered to fix it. The manager then came to the window and tells me that cup isn’t the sale item and someone put out the wrong cup. When I said that wasn’t my fault and she should honor what they are advertising she told me if she did that for me she would have to do that for everyone. Needless to say I canceled my order and won’t be returning to that store. Manda does not know how to treat customers. It’s a shame.

Constitution and Mark Sheffield Starbucks got me deathly ill yesterday to the point I had to go to the ER ,today is not much better I will be calling the health department of Colorado springs at as soon as they open at 9:15 please don't go here you will regret
