This was by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. I asked if they could remake my drink iced and said I felt like a pain— they kindly remade it and even wrote “you’re not a pain” on my cup. Such a small gesture, but it made me smile and definitely makes this location stand out. Amazing customer service— I will definitely be back!!
Honestly, it's been a while since I treated myself to Starbucks. But, I had a rough couple days and a rough morning today. So I headed over to the drive thru to treat myself. Mackenzie was working the drive thru window and absolutely made my day. Please tell her thank you for turning my day around.
You will not find a more proficient, efficient and consistent Starbucks in the springs. In fact, it’s one of the best in the state as my wife and I have been to many. We’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s been the same. The same amazingly friendly staff who treat everyone as a guest.
