I went in on my birthday (today) and I tried showing my ID to prove it was my birthday like every year before, and the lady at the window just rolled her eyes and told me I needed to use the app. I tried to explain that I've used my ID before but that's fine, I'll pay and she just ignored me. I am not upset about having to use the app, but about how I was treated at this location. It was unkind and unnecessary.

The management is really unprofessional. The store is constantly late with orders and employees are swamped while managers are sitting taking up entire tables on laptops taking away from customers.

My vehicle had broken down and I was unable to stay parked at the establishment near by; so my friend asked Starbucks if we could park there and wait for our tow and they were happy to oblige. Unfortunately my tow was very delayed, and I was stuck there with a dead phone and very little money. When I went to purchase something so I could sit in the ac and charge my phone, the staff smiled and said "you don't have to buy something to hangout. Would you like an ice water?" When I thanked them and said not everyone treated me like that; I was given another smile and told " you're a person, youre allowed to exist". I will give any and all business I have to this Starbucks, they really take care of their community. That being said I have seen more donations at food banks from Starbucks than most any other vendor who donates. Thank you to the staff there who nearly made me cry just by making me feel human in a frustrating time.

My friend was traveling on her birthday to come visit Colorado and went in the following day to get her complimentary birthday beverage and was told they couldn’t do that for her because it wasn’t her birthday on that day. When last month I was able to receive my birthday beverage 2days after my birthday ( the email even specified 2 days after my bday is when it expired) Wish there was better customer service rather than just being dismissive.
Drinks and food are always made correctly, staff is always friendly and helpful.

2ND try at this location. I have been drinking the exact same latte for years. Triple vanilla, and usually tastes the same from every Starbucks location. The 1st time I thought just a fluke, no vanilla syrup that I could notice and definitely not a triple. Tastes the same today. Maybe they dont have vanilla syrup? Who knows, there probably wont be a 3rd time.
