I used to be the AM at this location and yall need to just clean house and hire Tori back. I have never seen this many negative reviews for this location ever. Tori and I had this location at top notch when we were there. Our regular customers loved coming in and the new ones always came back! Do better.

Literally waited over an hour for an online order. Went into the store after 45 minutes just to see if they just didn’t let me know it was ready, but nope just one worker moving slower than a snail while the line was to the door. Would have been faster to drive across town than order from here ever again.

Employee has no sense of urgency. 6 customers in store been here for 30 min and he is still workin on the same order. This is ridiculous. These francise chains hire anyone as long as they dont have to work. He has allowed 7 customer's to walk out either canceling order or never making one. Works so slow and only one employee on site. Do better.

Wasn’t paying attention to the online ordering usually order from the one down the street from me. Had my husband go pick it up. got our sandwich looked at them took one bite of my sandwich tasted like crap. Did not have any taste tasted horrible completely did my husband sandwich wrong and I have a favorites and stuff that we put on completely get our order wrong but ended up calling and giving them my online order number husband will go there in the morning and we will get a full refund so that’s good, will not be ordering from this subway again. The one down the street from us always gets our order right next time I will be paying attention when I order from the so that I am ordering from the right one, so this doesn’t happen again. And she put nothing of what I asked for on my sandwich. She put it all on my husbands. And she put the stuff he doesn’t like he doesn’t like tomatoes or the banana peppers and she put that all of my husbands.Dietary restrictions: I can’t have cheese, so I asked For no cheese

EVERYTIME I go to this location, the first three things I ask for they are out of. Y’all need to learn how prep better. I understand yall wanna do fresh sliced product but if you’re wanting to do that you need to learn how to prep products. I’m assuming the day shift gets lazy and doesn’t wanna do the work for the night shift. Either figure it out or go back to prepackaged stuff. Also there are WAY to many rules here.

We came in to have a good healthier lunch. Being from out of town we thought we were safe with subway. Boy we’re we wrong. We walk into a gal looking like your basic employee but did we get her help?? No. Unfortunately not. We got cracked out Cruella with her meth scabs, black lipstick just on her upper lip and piercings that were very unappealing. Then her attitude was beyond believe. Mumbling to herself, asking us to repeat ourselves a couple times and still screwed up our orders we were ready to walk out. We still decided to not make it worse just grab our sandwiches and go rather than stay.Needless to say we will not be visiting this location again while here. Would’ve have given all zeros if possible.The only positive to this experience was that she was wearing gloves.

Placed a mobile order at 11:40, ready time quoted as 12. Arrived at 12 and waited almost 30 minutes in store while they made 8 peoples sandwiches, 5 of which walked in the door after I did. If you can't keep up with mobile orders, don't accept them and quote 20 minutes! The girl working at the cash register chose to write a rude note on my receipt instead of doing her job, wasting more time. Grow up, if you are making someone wait that long after a quoted pick up time, you are probably going to get asked about it. Learn some time management and customer service skills. Will not to back to this Subway ever.
