Went in tonight to grab a sub for the kids and myself. The girl working was the most awkward person to order from. I usually don't say anything but this girl kept talking to herself, kept taking her gloves OFF to text while making my sandwiches and kept giving customers and myself the stank eye. It was an absolute terrible experience. I felt not welcome. I will not be coming back here. Terrible.

As a small business owner, I like to support local businesses. Today at 10:30 a.m. I used the Subway App to place an online order at the Subway in my small community, for pickup at 12:30 pm. When I arrived, there were several people in line waiting to place orders and I joined the line. There was one person working. A customer entered the store and went to the pickup counter at the cash register and the employee immediately handed the completed order to the customer. I walked over to the pickup counter and asked for my order which I had placed 2 hours before my arrival. The employee told me, "I just received the order. It is not ready," and went back to the line of customers. How is it that she "just received" my order at 12:30 p.m when it had been placed 2 hours before, at 10:30 a.m.? I had received a confirmation email from Subway saying my order would be ready for pickup at 12:30 p.m. Also, when I ordered on the app, I left the simple request to cut my order into 4 pieces, which was ignored. I returned to the store 45 minutes later than the confirmed pickup time and my order had finally been completed. This wasted 45 minutes of my time.This is the second time I've had a poor experience at the same Subway. Last time when I entered the store there were no other customers, and a male employee came out from the back room and complained to me that he was coming out to complete my order even though he hadn't had time to eat his own lunch. He was sullen and rude.

Don't buy ice cream here. They serve very small portions that look nothing like the picture displayed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

First time customers, really nice environment, great customer service, Hope took our order and made our sandwiches and our milkshakes, I think she did a very good job, great customers again really looking forward to coming to this establishment and hopefully working with Hope. Great job keep it up

I come here a couple times a week. I'd love to see them succeed, however with most of the current employees, it may be tough. I'm usually here at lunch time and the line is to the door. One employee always looks stressed, the other is extremely slow. There is one who is on top of things, but he's not always there. The food is pretty much like any other subway, but like most restaurants the service makes or breaks it. I understand it's not easy to get people to work these days, but maybe a little training would help out?

I wanted to wait until we had a few visits to make the determination of doing this review. I can't find any ownership information to contact directly and when the employees answer the phone they are not very pleasant and I doubt any messages get back to the owner. The last four trips to this subway location has established a consistent pattern of some employees acting like you are an inconvenience and not a customer. Changes are very obvious to the store, the menu, the employees. These same employees we encountered were not smiling, not very personable, and you kind of got the eye roll every time you asked a question or made a "special" request" for example: Could you keep the bacon in just a little bit longer so it is crspy. Can I have a little more parmesean, two cups of ice cream one was clearly significantly less than the other - so asked to make them even of one another. The overall feeling both my husband and I have gotten the last few visits we felt like the employees were there to do the minimum and just collect a paycheck and not really giving any real engagement, smiles or feeling that we were a valued customer. Other than recently, prior we always had great service, lots of engagement and smiles and felt like our business to them was important. I understand that things are more challenging with businesses with employees these days so I am hoping by doing a review we can bring some of these issues to the owner.

I’ve always had great service here since it changed hands. Staff are friendly and professional even when dealing with a line of customers on their own.For the app reviewer, you may want to google contact corporate or look for contact info on the app. I do agree with you though, the app need work. But that’s why I don’t use it.For the review on lack of communication. Your complaint is not with the store but with an old employee. You have no idea what happened, but wonder…did you follow up with the store or owners?This is why reviews are not trustworthy. They are a way to rate a location, service and food. Not complain about an interview or app issue.

One star review NOT FAIR to attach to this location. I wish I could contact Subway directly, however the receipt gave no information how I can do that. I have 3 reasons for wishing to leave this less than flattering review. Probably a Subway corp problem rather than the store itself, but this is my only option.Ordered through the Subway app, as they tend to want you to do. Bad idea..... their app is not a good experience as far as I am concerned.1). Sandwich was made fine, except the employee IGNORED things like "MORE" or "LESS". This is why I LOVE Subway ... I can tell them things like "more pickles" or "not so many jalapenos" when I'm standing in front of them. I put it in my online order, but the "sandwich artiste" ignored any 'more or less' of ingredients during construction.2). Just wanted to go have a lunch in the park with my wife. Thought ordering Subway for a quick pickup was a good idea. NO WAY to order ice tea on the app!!!! We both wanted ice tea.... and not have to wait in line to get it after ordering online for everything else, which should be faster during a 1 hour lunch break.3) I wanted to contact Subway Corp. directly about items 1) and 2) above, but nothing on the receipt gave me any instructions on how I can do that.
