I come here a couple times a week. I'd love to see them succeed, however with most of the current employees, it may be tough. I'm usually here at lunch time and the line is to the door. One employee always looks stressed, the other is extremely slow. There is one who is on top of things, but he's not always there. I’ve always had great service here since it changed hands. Staff are friendly and professional even when dealing with a line of customers on their own.For the app reviewer, you may want to google contact corporate or look for contact info on the app. I do agree with you though, the app need work. First time customers, really nice environment, great customer service, Hope took our order and made our sandwiches and our milkshakes, I think she did a very good job, great customers again really looking forward to coming to this establishment and hopefully working with Hope. Great job keep it up
