Would give the service six stars if I could. The woman working this Sunday night was amazing; handling a rush all by herself with grace and promptness. All while keeping a cheery, fun, and welcoming attitude despite the seeming never ending line while we were there.

Came in just now (2/18/24 @ ~7pm). The frozen yogurt and topping choices were about on par (if not a little better) for frozen yogurt. But what really made this trip worth it was the woman behind the counter. I didn't catch her name but she was AWESOME. She helped wave upon wave of guests with a smile on her face and was extremely polite and clearly a very hard worker. She was clearly by herself and served at least 20-25 people in just the 30-45 minutes we were there without even hinting at complaining. She definitely made the visit. She deserves a raise for sure!

We’ve been coming to Summersweet for years and sadly I’m just disappointed in how the quality has declined. The last handful of times we have gone multiple flavors and toppings have been out. Even the staff comment that they are running out of things including yogurt. It feels like running out is the new norm and that there is little concern about it. It’s sad to say but we will need to find someplace else to go if things don’t turn around.

Nice sugar free options. Tasty and creamy. The only weird thing was they insisted on putting the add-ons for you. All the toppings were behind a glass. Not my idea of self-serve froyo.
Self service, pay by weight, awesome frozen yogurt spot. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the process. You walk in, grab a bowl, and then choose your flavors. I personally LOVE cotton candy flavor. Then you pick your toppings. They weigh it and you pay. The last time we were in there was only one person working and she did an incredible job while a line as forming. She kept it going! I love this place!

I really enjoyed the dole whip and tart! The other flavors were very artificial and watery. Also the price was pretty high $8.50 for a 12oz.
